Bio and Links
Bio Photo Hello everyone, my name is Lisa, and I enjoy cemetery hunting in my home state of Florida. Long time advocate for cemetery preservation and recording the history of cemeteries in the US and Canada.

Currently I am researching and gathering information from cemeteries in Volusia County Florida, Western North Carolina, Eastern Tennessee, Northern Kentucky, the Western area of Virginia, Pennsylvania, Georgia, Vermont and New Hampshire. If you notice a mistake or have further information you would like added to any grave I have added PLEASE let me know, I will be more than happy to change or add anything. I am also happy to transfer listings to family and friends who want to keep them up to date.

I have a lot of time on my hands at the moment. This also gives me a lot of time to research pictures and travel to cemetery's. Please keep it nice when you comment to me. I swear I'm a nice person.

Transfers

If you are a family member or friend who would like the listing transferred to you please use the edit tab on a memorial to leave me a message. I will respond to you as fast as I can, but no later than 1 week if I am on another work project.

I'm really not picky about who I transfer a memorial to since I am not related to most of the people in the memorials I have added. I don't really follow the rules for transfers on Find A Grave and would much rather see someone who knew the person maintain the memorial.

Updating Information

If you are sending information to me to add to a listing I am more than happy to add anything you want. Same rules apply as before that I will update the listing as fast as possible but no later than 1 week.

Pictures

If anyone has pictures of some of the stones I have posted please feel free to add them as this would be an amazing help. If you want to add family pictures do that also. The only thing I ask is that midi files be kept to the comments area if you want to leave that.

Any of the grave pictures I've taken and added are free for you to take and use.

If you are requesting I take the picture please let me know if you have a general idea where the person is buried if it is in a large cemetery. If you don't that is ok too, I can get the info if I need to.

I hope to talk to other people out there about the fascinating worlds of history and genealogy.

Photo of Bench
Thanks so much for adding the bench photo to Eugene Fortner's memorial. My sister Bobbie (Gene's wife) was very happy when she saw it.
Blessings to you. Bettie Lewis

Bertha Allen
Lisa, thank you for posting the photo of my great grandmother Bertha Allen (Nofsinger) of Central City Ky. I have fond memories of my "Mamma" and still have several quilts she made like the one in the photo.

Sorry for mix-up
Lisa, I absent mindedly requested you to recently add to your memorial for Grace Shoff her maiden name ( which is Wallace) with the maiden name of her husband's mother (Waring). Thanks for your patience. Dick

Clevelands Fowlers Mill
Lisa
I sent you edits on the Clevelands buried in Fowlers Mill in Tamworth, NH
I have been in contact with George Cleveland and he has informed me that they are buried in Stevensen Cemetery in Tamworth. I have pictures of the stones. I have asked you to move Richard and Charlotte to Stevenson Cemetery in Tamworth. Could you please do this?

Thanks
Alexis

RE: Anna Mae (Henderson) Dukes
I have had a very difficult time finding any information on Milton Henderson. It is rumored that he was nearly lynched in Greenville for molesting his children. I have not been able to locate anything to confirm this. Someone from Ancestry.com sent me and email. I would love any info you can dig up on him. He was Anna Mae's dad, my great x's 4 grandfather. Thanks for connecting with me :)

Muriel Stebbins
Hi, Lisa,

Amelia Fellmeth
Hi Lisa,

You added a personal photo for Amelia Fellmeth at Glendale cemetery in Akron:

http://www.findagrave.com/cgi-bin/fg.cgi?page=gr&GRid=71759158

However, when you added the photo you forgot to change the default from 'grave' to 'person', so the icon for a grave photo shows. I went to add a photo of the grave and discovered this.

You will want to delete and re-add your photo and change the default to 'person' so the icon shows up correctly in the index.

Thanks,

Zella
