Bio and Links
Bio Photo I have lived in the mid-west all my life and have been an x-ray technologist for over 35 years. I found the Find A Grave website back in 2000 while helping my daughter research a school project. At the time, the more I explored Find A Grave the more disappointed I became that some of the famous individuals that were posted did not have a personal photograph in addition to their gravesite displayed. In the process of trying to locate photos for Find A Grave I have learned a lot about many of the individuals that it has been my pleasure to honor. History has always been a passion for me and Find A Grave has helped satisfy my curiosity tremendously.

Dickey Chapelle
Hi Ron.
The photo you've posted of Dickey Chapelle was actually taken in 1959 in Milwaukee covering Marines on "Operation Inland Seas" celebrating the opening of the St. Lawrence Seaway.

Urban Shocker
Urban Shocker was a right handed pitcher. The picture you have posted on his memorial is a lefty. I'm not sure if that's a mirror image but if you could please replace the picture. Thanks

Princess Louise
Hi Ron, The photo of the stout woman who appears on Princess Louise of Saxe-Coburg's memorial is actually her sister Princess Helena. Louise was always fearful of becoming fat like her mother and sisters, so she dieted and exercised her whole life....She was fit and attractive till the end....Hope you don't mind my writing, but I thought you may want to make the correction...Thank you for all your contributions! Corinne

Robert Palmer is cenotaph in Switzerland
Robert Palmer is buried in London, England. Although there was a Memorial Service for Robert Palmer in Lugano, Switzerland, he was interred in a private cemetery in London, England. This was done at the request of his family. Robert Palmer's parents, Anna and Leslie Palmer, his brother, Mark Palmer, and four of his children, James, Jane, Anna and Tony do reside in England, and did not want to have to travel to Lugano, Switzerland, to visit his gravesite. The location of the gravesite remains private

Betty Grable
Sorry, but I don't care for the photo you added of Betty Grable. It certainly doesn't look like she did in her heyday, the '40s and '50s. Could you replace it with a better one? Cheers~~
