If I have posted a relative of yours, please let me know I will be happy to transfer memorials to your care. I am more then willing to correct any information I have posted, like all information available online, the information is only as good as the person who typed it.
Thank you to all who have posted my family from the New York area - hopefully someone else will have the joy of learning about their ancestors from something I have posted.

|Linda Eddy Blake||Thank You!!!|
Thank you so much for allowing me the opportunity to take care of my great grandmotherís site. Thank you also for all the hard work you have done for Find a Grave!!
|Jerry Holzheimer||RE: Frank Strubel|
I do not really desire the transfer and the relationship is very distant, does not even show on indicators. Franz is father to spouse of Aunt to second wife of my grandfather; thus is at least 2 marriages removed from any relationship.
|Sylvia||RE: John Shone family|
Renee, I am not certain about Anna Shone. My connection is that a sister of my grandmother married John Shone. Both are buried in the Dunmore Cemetery in Scranton, Lackawanna Co, PA as is my great-grandmother, Amanda Shaffer Potts, grandmother's brother, Charles Teese Potts, and his wife, Luella, and several others. None of the graves have headstones. I have visited Dunmore Cemetery and my only clue as to their burial locations is a letter my grandmother wrote stating they were by the Lee Monument. (That is a small family headstone with the name Lee engraved on it.) I also visited Fernwood Cemetery just outside Philadelphia. I can tell you that James and Mary Jane Heatherington Shone's headstone is the only marked graves in Lots #301 and #303. My mother has two little sisters buried in those lots as well and were it not for the James Shone headstone it would have been much more difficult to locate.

You are welcome!
|Jerry Holzheimer||RE: Frank Strubel|
It's nice to know some hosts do look at the recommended updates.
I did see the note on Frank's Father as John; however, this is the only record I located that has John; all others have Frank (of Franz). Data informant was his young wife May nee Wade. May remarried to Edward Lucht and is buried with Ed in Holy Cross Cemetery, Brookpark, Cuyahoga, Oh.
I was following back from Rose Friedel Strubel, wife to Frank's brother James. James death & marriage had Frank Strubel & Catherine Ott as parents. Further checking on births of Frank, James and other siblings in Canal Dover, Tuscarawas were all recorded under Frank Strubel & Carolina Ott.
Carolina death cert recorded spouse as Frank Strubel. Frank marriage (in Cleveland, Cuyahoga) also list father as Frank.
If you desire, I could email attachments of any "family" records on Frank & Caroline, etal.
Thanks so much for the link. Your efforts are appreciated.

|Auriemmo-Cannon||RE: Gerald Marigliano|
I actually haven't been able to make the connection yet. My mom said that he was my father's cousin, but I can't find the person in common. My paternal great grandmother was a Marigliano, but that is as far as I know. I don't have a lot of family around that I can ask.
