My name is Paula Jackson. I am the mother of 2 wonderful children and a wife to a great hubby. I love animals (I have 3 cats: Chance, Melinka, and Mickey), reading, writing stories, playing games, photography and bowling but most of all I love doing research and genealogy work.
I have been doing genealogy research, both for myself and professionally, since 1997. I have been a member of F-A-G for over a year but only recently (April 2011) have had the time and opportunity to become a serious volunteer. I think F-A-G is a wonderful place and my pledge is to help as many people as I can in getting pictures of stones. Even though I live in Owen County, I am willing to go to the counties that surround me which are: Clay, Greene, Monroe and Parke. I spend a lot of time each day putting up memorials, researching at the library and online for information to add to memorials and 2-3 days a week trying to fill photo requests. At times, it gets frustrating but mostly it is rewarding work.
Anyway, I will gladly transfer memorials if they aren't part of my family. Please send me an email with any request you have. My address is firstname.lastname@example.org. I check my email often and will make corrections as soon as I can. One thing I ask if there is an obituary or information that I have added to the memorial, PLEASE be courteuos and leave it there along with credit of me as the one who added it. I spend a lot of hours at the library hand-copying obituaries then typing them up. I also spend a lot of time researching on ancestry.com. I really don't like the idea of my hard work being in vain. Thank you! :)
If you have time, please take a moment to visit my memorial for my mother Marjorie Shear. Thank you!!
Also please visit Baby Herschell. This baby has no family to tend to its grave. I found the grave overrun by weeds. My husband and I cleaned up the area and will continue to keep it nice. If you would leave a flower for him/her I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you!
Also if you could leave flowers for Bryan Haltom it would be greatly apprecaited. He was murdred at the age of 18 and the crime is still unsolved. Please read his story. Thank you!
Also, a visit to my memorial for PFC Brett Wood would also be appreciated. This young man died while fighting for our country. Thank you!
Also please visit these famous people whom f-a-g won't give credit to:
1. Cinematographer--Lauron Draper
2. Poet--William Herschell
3. Boxer--Ace Hudkins
4. Actor--Elderidge "Kit" Carson
5. Actor--John David Carson
6. Conductor--Dino Anagnost.
Thank you for your kindness, take care, God Bless You and happy hunting!! :o)

|Valerie (Lutes) Edmonds||Helen Bullerdick|
Hi You have Helen Bullerdick # 106262768 in the Powell Cemetery, Brown County. She's actually buried with her husband in a cemetery in Clay County. Her memorial number in Clay county is 118794235. Powell Cemetery in Brown County is an abandoned cemetery that's had no burials since the very early 1900s. Please merge the two memorials. Thank you and have a great day.
|Mary Alice||David Hubbell|
Buried in Fiscus Cemetery, Owen Co., IN with no birth or death dates. He was born about 1826 in Owen Co., IN and died in 1876 in Coal City, Owen Co., IN. He was the son of Abijah and Sara "Sally" Jacobs Hubbell. (Burial places unknown) His wife was Nancy Jane Fiscus who died about 1878 but her burial place is also unknown.
The stone looks lonely without any family.

Leo Everett Wright #59154644 the picture of the military man is correct, however the picture of the guy in the red and black checkered shirt is his brother Emmett. I do work for his Nephew on the family, and he noticed this was wrong. I would change it if possible, but new to this site, and did not see way to do so. Thank you

Paula, I'm helping the owner/caretaker of Summit Lawn Cemetery by adding a photo to memorials without a headstone photo. Your memorial is a duplicate of (Find A Grave#66490014), which was posted before yours. Please consider removing your memorial. Thanks!
