I am the eldest child, eldest grandchild, I was fortunate to have parents and grandparents healthy, alive and keen of memory to tell the family history throughout my youth and early adult life. I was born in Fort Worth, Texas, in the early 1940's, raised in Lake County, Illinois, brought up my family in suburban Cook County, Illinois, and now I am retired on the island of Puerto Rico 00773. I spend many hours in researching the family genealogy and putting the family stories together. My families have "daughtered" out in each of the past 5 generations so historical burial cemetery records and photos of headstones have provided marvelous additional information in giving my historical grandmothers a maiden name and aunts a married name. I like to document old cemeteries in Puerto Rico and in states I visit, giving me a lot of memorials that I have no relation to. So feel free to ask me to transfer any of those memorials to you.

I give you this one thought to keep -
I am with you still - I do not sleep.
I am a thousand winds that blow,
I am the diamond glints on snow,
I am the sunlight on ripened grain,
I am the gentle autumn rain.
