Taphophilia (a passion and enjoyment of cemeteries) has been my main hobby since the late 1970's when I was a junior in high school. I discovered that cemeteries in and around Los Angeles were the best places to hide from truant officers. It was in these adopted sanctuaries that I began to appreciate my surroundings: the grounds, the headstones, the architecture, the artwork and most importantly, the residents.|
In October of 2010, I founded The Traveling Taphophiles, a group that sets out once a month to visit cemeteries. Our travels have taken us as far as New Orleans. I'm fortunate to have met others that share my hobby and to have forged some great friendships along the way.

I noticed this on the reverse of John Johnson's marker.
Have a good one.

I know you're younger then I am-but I loved him on TV too. I thought he was terrific.

Thank you for getting his tribute posted-he was one of my favorites.

Yeah, it's not a "heads-up"....Sunny removed that info from his/her profile page, so I don't know what was up with that. Sorry for the alarm.
Can't imagine after all these years that there would be an issue now. If there is, I will contact them and see what's going on.
Until then, just keep doing what needs to be done.

Is it true that Rose Hills as a NO Find A Grave policy there? Read that on Sunny's profile page.
What a shame....can't understand that, if it's true.

Thanks for the picture from Rose Hills for Constance Strommen.
Thank you Louis. Sad when one spouse has a headstone and the other doesn't.
Just wanted to let you know that Jimmy Greenspoon's birth name was James Boyd Greenspoon. I don't have a cite for that, however.

I am so glad you wrote the bio for Dusty Rhodes. He was my all time favorite wrestler. Growing up in Tampa he was everything. Tampa was a huge wrestling city and Dusty was it. When you can please leave a flower for my Uncle Steve and my cousin James there in my family section on my bio page. Thank you keep up the good work :)
