While I am fairly new to Find-A-Grave (what a lucky day it was when I found it!), I am no stranger to genealogy. My father died when I was only 13, and his family would no longer communicate with us, so I grew up knowing next to nothing about his family. Now that I have a bit of free time, I have been having a blast with my family genealogy and have been helped by many individuals along the way. So volunteering with Find-A-Grave seemed the next natural step for me to take, hoping to be of help someone else as I was helped so many times.

I look forward to continuing my "job" as a volunteer picture-taker in the Middle Georgia area.
