This is embarrassing. I have no memory of sending such a message. I know I posted the photo but don't have any idea why I wouldn't have posted the photo of him if I had it. I see the message on the memorial. Is it possible that another "Dave" sent this message to you?
RE: Woolworth/Potts/Randolph Gertie Potts Woolworth was daughter of John E Potts [1853-1881]; John was younger brother of my maternal great grandfather William Clark Potts [1846-1887]. I am researching their father James McCuen Potts; there is very little information on him or his ancestors. Your 2010 memorial note to Gertie encouraged me to inquire about the Potts connection. You mentioned photos, by chance were there any of this Potts family?? or information that might be helpful to me? I very much appreciate your reply..many thanks!! Lynda
Woolworth/Potts/Randolph Colleen, I see you are related to Gertrude Potts Woolworth as am I. Would you please contact me regarding her Potts family connection? firstname.lastname@example.org Thank you for posting the beautiful photo of this young couple..what a treasure! Lynda
Woolworth/Herkimer Co NY This is just a suggestion, but I believe that David Woolworth , who died before the 1850 census in NY, & Mary Porter Woolworth who died after the 1865 Herkimer Co NY census & before the 1870 Herkimer Co NY census, & son Solomon, are all buried in the Church Street Cemetery with son Clarence "Clarrancy".
another son Richard P Woolworth, died 1903 in Kansas City MO, and is buried in the Union Cemetery. thanks.
Powers/Hard Hi Colleen ~ I'm a photo volunteer, and I have photos of Powers and Hard family stones in Floyd Cemetery, Sioux City that I am struggling to match correctly to the cemetery directory. Are you related? If so, would you be able to help me sort these out? My email is email@example.com if you would like to contact me that way. Thanks so much, Sheri Ross
FOOTE family Hi Colleen, I am researching a line of my family Samuel COOPER who married a Sybil [Siebel] FOOTE. They are buried in Amenia Island Cemetery, Dutchess County, New York. Any connection? Would love to get more info on this early family. Thanks.
