Since joining the volunteers of FINDAGRAVE.COM years ago, I've tried to share collected information from visiting various cemeteries in IL, WIS, CA and roads along the ways.|
My Sister, Susan nee Seidelman Feltes has joined me in my excursions to photograph stones in various cemeteries. We also make photo books for the local public library in Osseo, Wisconsin. So far we've donated over 30 books.
If you're related to any of my listings, request transfer...Glad to share links with family members and glad someone found family members.
This is a wonderful site and glad to be part of it and hopefully you'll become a member and share information with others.
When a loved one dies ... they don't die if someone takes the time to share the information with the world, and Findagrave.com has become a world-wide web site.
If you are interested in the SEIDELMANN/SEIDELMAN family I have published a 181 page, Hardbound, fully indexed book 2003. Contact me if you would like further information.
PS...even if someone I've listed is a link in your family -- and not a direct link of mine, I'm more than happy to put my memorials in the management of a family member or friend who can add more information to the memorial.
I also do photo restores and composites for FREE for FINDAGRAVE.COM members.
Note: I've transfered about 11,201 memorials as of this date. If I'm not related, I'd rather transfer to someone doing research or adding information. I feel this website is for sharing and caring...not hording and holding...enjoy!

|G Shewan||COL Kenneth Block|
I have just discovered that my memorial to COL Kenneth Block, USA (# 102538117) is a duplicate of the memorial that you created (# 100368110).
A Findagrave contributor recently contacted me with COL Block's obituary, which I have reworked into a biography suitable for posting on Findagrave. If you wish to use the biography for your memorial, you are welcomed to do so. It is located on memorial page # 102538117.
Once you have transferred the biography to your memorial page, I will delete my memorial page, since your memorial page was created before mine. I apologize for my oversight. I strive to not create duplicate entries, but in this case I obviously failed.
Thank you for your assistance.

|Cyndi Berg Jearman||Thank you photos of Hilda and Julius Johnson|
Hi Jim. Thanks for adding those photos so quickly. I see they were buried in the perimeter of the cemetery near fence. And their stone even mentions Alton and Baby Helen. Thank you! I contacted a relative of their other son and she is going to email me a photo of Alton for his memorial in Belgium. He enlisted out of Iowa which is why I had not run across his info before. Thank you so much for your photos and memorials! Cyndi
|Allen Grasser||Two more memorial transfers|
I just finished memorializing the Marten family transfers that you sent me, #23651272 & #23651149 and would like to do the same for Wilhelmine Marten's parents, Wilhelm & Christena Rades which you also created memorials at #23653121 for Wilhelm Rades and #23653168 for Christena Rades. By the way, I liked your cemetery map that you made & posted. I see on the map that the Marten cemetery plot is right next to the Rades plot. Thanks for all your help.
|Allen Grasser||Memorial Transfer|
Thank you Jim for the transfer of August Marten #23651193. I already updated information to his memorial and linked him to his brother, Albert.
Could you also transfer Albert Marten #23651149, Wilhelmina Marten #23651272 (Albert's wife) & their son, Julius F. Marten #23651231 to me, so that I could add similar information to their memorials. Thanks again for your caring.
|Cyndi Berg Jearman||Photo in St Pauls in Strum, Hilda Johnson|
Hi Jim. If you have time, next time you look at the St Pauls Luth cemetery in Strum, could you see if you have a photo for Julius and Hilda (Halvorson) Johnson? I just created a record for Hilda, but not Julius yet. They were the parents of a young soldier killed in WWII. The Strum VFW named after him, Alton K Johnson. He is buried in Belgium. I'm hoping to link their family. No rush.

Thank you for going the extra mile helping me with James and Mary Bangle, especially Mary! They and their daughter, Mary Ann, are my husbands ancestors.
Thanks again, Lynda
|Keeper of Kibling||Thanks for the Updates|
Thanks for helping to update my great grandfather memorial with his family members. It makes his memorial much better to review to see his whole family.
|storyofcory||Ronald James Ekern II|
I am Ron's brother, Cory G Ekern. Ronnie (as we called him) was cremated and ashes remain with the family, if that is something you'd be interested in updating. I'll leave it up to you whether or not you want to update that info. Thank you for your contribution of my brother's "record". It's comforting to know he'll be remembered at FindAGrave. :)

Hi James: Thanks much for creating the memorial page, with obit, for my cousin. Thanks also for the transfer. - Tim
