Bio Photo We gladly transfer memorials to family and friends and, when asked, are happy to share photos with family members for personal, non-commercial use.

Please let us know of any corrections, additional information or transfer requests by using the new options under the [Edit] tab located in the top right corner of each memorial page.

Most edits can be done via their own link

If you want us to add an obituary to a memorial, please make sure it conforms to the Find A Grave site rules.

We won't link our memorials to those listed without the correct disposition (Burial Unknown, for example) so please don't ask. There is a specific rule in the FAQ's about the use of Burial Unknown, please read it before using it.

Three members asked if we would manage their memorials in the Odd Fellows Cemetery and Masonic Memorial Park in Tumwater, WA., and Forest Memorial in Olympia, WA. That accounts for the difference in our added and managed numbers.

Adelbert (Bert) Bradeen
I am the great grand daughter to Adelbert. This is my mothers father. Adelbert son Everett Bradeen. My mothers name is Lorraine Bradeen. The family is from Maine and my mother came here in the late 50 and married my dad Earl Hodgson. My great grandmother and grandmother are buried there the rest of my family is buried at the cemetery in Tumwater. I would like to manage this memorial. This would be a great addition to my finds. Adelbert was born July 11, 1878 in Maine. Thank you Corrina Hodgson

RE: Photo request
I didn't know that Bjorne would have been so close of a relation to you. It's extremely sad that markers aren't placed.

RE: CHAMBERS # 83242289
Good Morning, Harrison was his mother's maiden name (Elizabeth Harrison). All this is SO confusing to me. I am just starting to fill in some of my family tree info. Andsworth Hardaway was 1 of 7 children. He was quite the statesman:

I have further family information I would be happy/anxious to share with you if you would like. Please feel free to contact me at:

Again, thank you for providing another branch to our family tree. Best Regards, Lynnette Downey

Good Evening, I am a great grandniece of Andsworth HARDAWAY Chambers. His middle name is not Harrison. Thank you for all you work on behalf of descendants. Regards, Lynnette Downey

RE: Harriet Hays
Thank you for the information. Thank you for the family plot. I did not know that John P and Caroline Hays had these daughters. John P is buried with his brother Isaac A Hays. Isaac A never married and lived most of his life with John. John P and Isaac A are said to be brothers of William Logan Hays and Gilmore Hays, both buried in Masonic Memorial Park. They came together on the Oregon Trail in 1852 along with their sister, Nancy Hays, married to Andrew Cowan.

My Hays Tree is tangled! John P and Isaac A are in the 1850 Missouri census with Isaac Hays and wife Margaret Hays, my 2nd Great Grand parents. Isaac A is only 4 years younger than Isaac . . . so he is not a son. Genealogy information also lists my 2nd great grandfather Isaac as a brother to William Logan and Gilmore Hays. But I have not found any documentation to verify anything one way or another. It seems unlikely a family would have 2 sons born 4 years apart named Isaac. My 2nd great grandmother Margaret is a cousin to Isaac Hays and her maiden name is Hays. Right now I'm thinking the siblings of Isaac and Margaret have gotten all mixed up! Possibly John P and Isaac are Margaret's brothers. I'll keep working on it!

Isaac and Margaret Hays did not leave Missouri until sometime after 1860. Their last child was born in 1867 in Oregon. Margaret died around that time. Isaac is said to have died in 1891, but no death or burial info can be found for Isaac and Margaret. They settled in the Linn County, Oregon area near Nancy Hays Cowan and her family.

Please look at #123571010 Herman Struck.
He is the one who died in 1940.

Thank you for adding the obit for Struck.
My family comes from the same village in Germany
and I am fortunate to have the German church records in my home. Hundreds of people here (Sauk Ct, Wisconsin) came from the area around Barum, many stayed here but a few went west. I am trying to connect all the families possible.

There is also a Schultz family (from here) buried in this same cemetery and I have just learned that a Rudolph Schultz married a Louisa Struck. They were married 14 Jan 1911 in Seattle and seem to have left no trace that I can find.

The obit that is added is incorrect. The two Strucks come from the same village and are cousins. Both were here at one time.

If you have any info or obits please let me know.]
Thanks again.
