|Anonymous||Thanks so much for adding my high grandpa EVerett Merton Lawler to the find a grave site.|
THanks so much for finding Everett Merton Lawler. My third great grandfather. He caught in the Civil War.His father died very young of a heart attack at age 25 and was born in Ireland. He was married to Lua.I believe her maiden name was Groves. Her mother Phebe was a Miller from Pa. Her mother's folks came from Deleware.Isaac Lawler probably came during the potatoes famine from Ireland. He probably died in Colrain area of Belmont County, Ohio where they lived in later 1840's.Lay they called Luey in census records and her marriage record to later William Hammond who I found she married on January 1st 1849 in Belmont Co., Ohio. That means Isaac died in 1848 That's Everett.s dad.Lua and William Hammond had 3 or 4 girls. Sarah, Margaret, and Mary and later Phebe named after her grandmother. Nothing that I know is ever mentioned of these girls except Mary was a witness for Everett her 1/2 brother,s wedding to Maggie AMerica Fulwider in Indiania. Where is Isaac,s grave. I have not found it yet.Even though Isaac died young he left slot of very handsome Lowler boys in family . Lua is buried in Newport Indiania. But do not know where that's at. She had a good sense of humor.William Hammond disappeared and died probably in Cival War. She later married a man named Bailey.I do not know where where in Ireland Isaac Lawler came from.If anyone reads this and is related and has more info. Please quote. Thanks Claudia living in COlorado.

Thank you. If you need anymore info, let me know. I'm trying to parse though the descendants of Anna Barbara Hilbert who married Melchior Derr in Pennsylvania. All their sons moved to North Carolina, becoming Darrs along the way. This one was a puzzler until I found a bio of his grandson, George W. Darr of Vermilion County, Illinois.
