Bio Photo I am currently a resident of Rhode Island, where I grew up. My career for 40+ years has been learning, training, teaching and judging "Dressage" horses. Am semi-retired now from active competing but focus 100% on coaching and teaching.
I have been working on family genealogy and submitting memorials on findagrave for 12 + years! It still fascinates me.

Thank you to all those who visit my interments and put notes and flowers on. I really do appreciate your thoughts and attention. Certainly any additions, corrections or questions you might have about my "interments", please let me know.

Lydia Anthony
Sue, I found this - don't know if you want it here, maybe delete after you read.

Published in the Simi Weekly Times, Troy, N.Y., Tuesday, February 22, 1910

Word was received in this city yesterday of the death at Orange, Cal., of Mrs. Lydia B. Anthony, formerly of Troy. Mrs. Anthony was the wife of the late Aaron C. Anthony, and is survived by a son, J. Erwin Anthony, Secretary and Treasurer of the Troy Savings Bank, and a daughter Mrs. C. W. Hollister, at whose home in Orange, Cal., Mrs. Anthony died. The deceased was a native of this city and lived her until about five years ago. She was eighty-three years of age. Mrs. Anthony was a valued member of the Fifth Avenue Methodist Church of this city and was well known to many residents of Troy.

MorgainMorgainee D'Clegg editing is at it again.
It does what it wants. Not at all computer savvy. It must be Swype. Joseph/Reliance. ☆☆☆☆☆

Long lost Seymour family member here. Smiling.
Susan, what an absolute finding you here. Have been making attempts to get my number to you!. My cell is 1-401-525-8872. So excited to know we can share. "Emmanuel Seymour-Rebekah Hudson/James Hudson Seymour-Catherine MaComber/Joseph Rholre Seymour-Reliance MaComber/Harry Rholre Seymour-Reliance Frances/Harry Griswold Seymour-Emma.... (have it written down at home) next my mom...Edna Louise Seymour and then me. Birth name...Susan Harriet Clegg. Had a legal name Morgaine. More than likely...corrections may be needed. I was thrilled to learn that Joseph had grey eyes. My first grandchild does....and we were clueless to where they came from. Would love to meet/talk/share/laugh!! So very nice to know you are nearby!!!

RE: Brayton burials North Burial Ground- Warren RI
That is so kind of you to offer! Unfortunately I live about 1500 miles away right now :( We are moving back in the fall. I'll try searching the rear right, once I get there, if I can beat the leaves! Thank you so much

Brayton burials North Burial Ground- Warren RI
Referencing memorials # 9427890 Roby Estabrook Brayton and # 9427733 Capt James Wheaton Brayton.

I am a descendant through son Benjamin and an avid Brayton researcher. I have visited this cemetery several times, but have not been able to locate these stones. Do you have any record of where they might be in the grounds?

Side note: their great grandson, Oscar Luther Brayton (a Civil War veteran) is my g-g-grandfather. For my dad's birthday a few years back I took him to Oscar's grave, which I had recently located. We are a morbid bunch, he said it was the best bday present. I'd love to take him to Captain James' grave this year!

RE: Joseph Bucklin Jr.
I finally created a memorial for him even though I'm aware that this should be avoided if the burial location is unknown...Feel free to link your family to him! His memorial number is 131364741. My line continues with his marriage to Alice Woods Joslin (who by the way was the daughter of Capt'n Peter's third wife). Alice is memorial #131364998. My information comes from the History of Waitsfield (VT) which is where later branches of the Joslin family settled.
My grandmother's 3x great grandfather was Nathaniel Joslin (1729-1806)memorial #55754517 and his first wife Martha Wheeler Fairbanks memorial #6238467.
Her 2x great grandfather was Joseph (1753-1819) whom I linked to memorial #90236826 (there's a duplicate) and his wife Dorothy Osgood memorial 90237704.
Her great grandfather was Joseph memorial #90237996 (again there's a duplicate). His third wife, Abigail Taylor was her great grandmother.
Her grandfather was Almon (1819-1911).
Do our lines coincide with any of the other generations?
Thanks! Ginni

Joseph Bucklin Jr.
You mention that your family descends from Joseph Bucklin Jr. and so does my husband's family. I'm having trouble finding him on your list of children of Joseph and Deborah, however...Can you point me in the direction of his information? Thanks! Ginni Combs

RE: 2nd Joseph Bucklen
Thanks. In your opinion Bucklen and Buckland are the same?
