Bio and Links
Bio Photo Born and raised in Harpers Ferry, West Virginia and now live in Martinsburg, WV. I enjoy looking up cemetery records for people who request help in locating family members buried locally or in the tri-state area.
My maternal grandparent are from Columbus, Ohio (Schwaigert) and West Virginia, Virginia and Maryland,(Crum). My paternal grandparents from Ohio, Maryland, West Virginia and Virginia are Harding, Jones, and Johnson.
I do try to be exact in my recordings, however if I make a mistake, please let me know. I record from monument and markers that are in the cemetery I am working. I take photos of those monuments and markers to verify name spelling and dates. I do record from funeral annoucements in local and area newspapers. I then go to that cemetery and take a photo of the burial place.
If I can be of service to anyone, just let me know.

Please for the sake of correctness and speed use the edit tab on memorials you want corrected and state the correction. Thank you.

If you would like to transfer this memorial to me, I would be happy to maintain it. I have been researching this Alburtis line for many, many years. Either way, I will continue to update the record as new information is found.

Thank you!

RE: Payne memorials
You're welcome Monte. I see you have already made the correction. Additional info: according to her obit Mary Estelle (Rickel) Payne's birthplace was Martinsburg, which I believe is in Berkeley Co. rather than Jefferson Co. as shown on the Find A Grave memorial. She died at Jefferson Memorial Hospital in Ranson, WV.
Do you happen to have a higher resolution photo of Garnet E. Payne than the one you posted on his Find A Grave Memorial 123322808? He's included in a book I am writing about a particular genealogical line to which he belongs, and I would like to include a small photo of him.

Paul Allen LeDane
You have Paul Allen LeDane and his wife, Virginia Brown Lefevre as being buried in Bunker Hill Cemetery. I have found Virginia Brown Lefevre LeDane listed in Morgan Chapel Graveyard with the save picture of the headstone you've placed on your memorial. The other one is listed under Memorial #41693700, created by Bunnie. Can you verify which cemetery Paul and Virginia is buried in.

Give me the names and I will do a microfilm search at the library for the grave locations and look for them. The Lot that Stella and August are in is mostly single lots. I would be happy to help you in your search. Patty
