Bio

Began working on the family line in 1973 and the wife's line in 1976, doing things the old-fashioned way--Visiting County Courthouses, Trolling Spooky Graveyards, writing countless letters, and making phone calls to strangers. I have gotten many a helpful boost from others to keep the project going, and must say that I've found many helpful people here on Find-A-Grave. The Internet has made searching a lot easier, I wish we had that back in the day. I have connected with others in my family lines because of Find-A-Grave. As of now, I am my family's only Historical Gatekeeper.
To those of you who have suffered loss in your lives, this is the place to be to honor your departed loved ones, as I can well attest to. My Wives, My Parents, one of my Children, and most of my Relatives are gone now. This site offers unique ways to honor and memorialize those who were near and dear to us, while also providing a virtual visit to their final resting place. For those interested in their Family History, the links to Parents, Siblings, Children, and other Family are the best to be found anywhere.
To the right are virtual cemeteries, as this is for our children, containing our ancestors (Paternal Line), and both my late wives' ancestors (Maternal Line), Siblings of all lines (Extended Siblings), Step-Family & In-Law Families (Related Other Families), Ancestor's Sibling's Spouses (Sibling Spouses), and descended family members of all lines, including spouses (Extended Relatives).
Also there is a place for those many friends and others I've known (Those From The Past), plus several other virtual cemeteries containing various interests of mine.
Any Family Photos or Gravestone Photos or Documents that I have posted are granted free use by anyone with the provision that they be properly identified. For postings by others on my memorials, the poster will have to be contacted to obtain their permission.
