Linda J Newill
Hi - My name is Kate Bayer and Linda Newill whose grave you administer was my cousin. I would like to update her bio here as Find A Grave. I would like to give Linda a more complete bio as she died childless and I knew her growing up. I use Find A Grave extensively in my family history research and try to reach out whenever I can on ancestors pertinent to me, esp if they are ones I knew personally. (am only interested in my relatives on this site) I can send you the information to add or I can add it if you transfer her listing to me. My Find A Grave # is 48732284. Thank you for your consideration. If you want to keep this listing please let me know how I can send an updated bio to you and I will do so.

Harry & Helen McAdams
Bless you a thousand times. These two are so very special to me, you will never know. My uncle Harry passed as a result of agent Orange. He flew med vacs into Vietnam. He was awarded many service medals for his service. No one had a bigger heart than he. I still miss him. So thank you so so much. Gail

Franny, right! I've done the "ancestry & newspapers.com, findagrave and internet search" w/nothing coming up.
Interesting, tho, there are PAISLEY's in other states, w/same first names, etc... have spent way too much time on this surname, but sometimes thru other records, you know how a hint will show up...
THANKS for your extra time!!

RE: Kathryn Karns & Edward
Thank you for sending me the obit for Kay's mother! I have linked her to her parents, and was happy to be able to do that. Take care.

RE: Kathryn Karns & Edward
Hi Franny,
The Kathryn we knew went by Kay. She was our next-door neighbor when I was growing up in Lynwood, California. She and her husband Ed were always so good to us. Kay always made us beautifully decorated cakes for our birthdays. We don't know what her maiden name was, and only learned she was born in Pennsylvania when I found her death record. My dad remembered Ed was from Steubenville, Ohio. Looking at a map, I see it is just across the Ohio River from Follansbee, W.Va., where Clyde, Anna and Kathryn/Catherine McClelland lived in the 1920 and 1930 census, so that explains how they would have met. I don't know what year they married, and can't find a 1940 census record for either of them. They never had any children. I wish I could be more help. Are you a relation?
Debbie
