Hi! Memorial Day started me thinking about my ancestors, particularly those whom I have never met and those who fought, died, and serve(d) our country. I have always had a love of history, and, in particular, family history, some of which had some missing pieces and drama associated with it. I am very excited about sharing the lives of my loved ones whom I am now discovering, and sharing the incredible uniqueness and specialness of every life. I live in Mtn. Home, AR, with my husband and two boys, who are all beginning to have an appreciation of their roots. Paternally, my "roots" started and flourished in this country in the following states: Michigan, Virginia, Kentucky, and Indiana; maternally, North and South Carolina, Georgia, Tennessee, and Arkansas, as well as Maryland. Thanks for this site...it is wonderful!!!
