|All photos of graves that I have posted were taken by me and may be copied freely and posted on other websites. There is no need to credit me or identify me when they are so used and no need to request permission beforehand. I won't be annoyed if you do anyway, but it really isn't necessary for the grave photos taken by me. Most photos of persons that I have posted were not taken by me. Please check the photo caption to determine the source (most often an obituary).|
The photos were taken with a Sony Cybershot camera, which takes 4896x3672 (18M-pixel) images. The original JPG files are 6-7 MB in size. I then use GIMP, an open source image processing program that can be downloaded for free from gimp.org, to rotate, crop and rescale the images. Usually I set the horizontal resolution to 1200 pixels, sometimes up to 1600 for panoramic scenes. I use a compression "quality" setting of 50 to 70, most often 60 to 65. The resulting picture files are usually 250 to 300 kB, with some up to 400 kB. Limiting the file size to that range allows snappy downloads when opening the image at full resolution.

|Susan Victoria Ciconte||Thank You|
Yes Eric I noticed that detail later. I did contact find a grave. Thanks for your quick reply and service.
|Susan Victoria Ciconte||My accounts|
Some time ago you had added my name to maintain 8 family accounts.
I forgot about this and no longer use that original email.
I'm not certain how I can change the info but if you are able, I'm much obliged.
I set up a new account.

|Ruth (Hickman) Wicks||Edward Travers # 117252786|
Thanks for the data you sent concerning the memorial of Edward Travers.
I have updated my memorial, so if you will look at it and see if it reads OK, I'd appreciate it.
|Corinne Lyons||Leon Anthony Bulat|
Eric, Leon's son, Stanley Bulat, was my father's best friend from his old Wilmington High School days. I knew Stanley Bulat as my "Uncle Stan" and his children new my father as "Uncle Stan". In doing all my genealogy work, I have come to realize that most of the Polish families from the Browntown/Hedgeville area were intermarried, so I was delighted to find that the Bulat's have finally been added to my own Family Tree due to their connection, although distant, and only by marriage, to my own grandmother, Walerja Rakowski Ignatowski Witkowski via her mother's family, the Fraczkowskis.
As always, thanks for your help!!

|anonymous||re: memorial management transfer|
Somehow the management of the following memorials (they are in law relatives) was transferred to me when I posted information about them. I unfortunately do not have the time to properly manage their memorials and since you manage most of the other family members I ask that I may transfer the responsibility of managing their memorials to you.
Names and memorial numbers of those specific memorials:
Louis J. Orsetti #130632860
Nicolo Orsetti #130632175
Rose Marie Orsetti Rushie #130632520
Thank you so much for your help in this matter and keep up the good work, it is very much appreciated.
|Obsessed Rooter||Ellen (Harding) Denning: 109778628|
I believe Ellen is Ellen Marilla Harding who married William James Denning. Ellen was born 11 Oct 1883 (aka. Nellie Harden) she died in Delaware Hospital, Wilmington on 19 September 1945. I think her husband was William James Denning born 22 June 1874 died 29 April 1953 at State Hospital Farnhust, New Castle County, Delaware. A William James Denning with a date of death of 1 May 1953 is buried in an adjoining lot and may be her husband.

Hi Eric, Thank you very much for taking the photo of this veteran's headstone. He surely deserves the recognition for what he did for us all!
