If you want a memorial transfer, just ask. As long as I'm not related to the person, you will most likely get the transfer.
YOUR PHOTO REQUESTS
If you can call ahead and get the plot information and add it to the memorial, or send it to me, that would be incredibly helpful. Mt. St. Benedict Cemetery in Bloomfield, CT only allows 3 plot lookups per visit so if I already have the information then I can look for your request much sooner (you don't have to wait in line!)
