Thelma McDonald Passed away June 28, 2014 as the result of a stroke. She had improved somewhat but never went beyond a certain point and she went very suddenly. I am her sister and will be taking over all her memorials. My FAG ID is 46598967. She enjoyed Find a grave so much and she made so many nice friends. It filled a void since she was unable to do much for several years. I want to thank all of you for your kindness towards her and know that she appreciated all of you. Her Sister Mary Russell
Gladys Lawrence Templeton I was once married into the Lawrence family and remember Glayds being so nice to me and my son. I was wondering about her daughter. I can't remember her name, but would like to contact her. Its been a long time. Thank you.
A source, please Hello, I saw that you left a memorial on the Find A Grave Memorial (#50520566) page for Admiral Robert Bentham Simons, who commanded the USS Raleigh (CL-7) during the bombing of Pearl Harbor. I wonder if you have a source for a photo of the man. The reason I want it is because my father, Frank John Zwolinski, Sr. served under him on the Raleigh and I am writing a story of my father's career. If you have any source for me I would appreciate hearing from you.
Thank you in advance, Frank, Jr. firstname.lastname@example.org
Michaela Nichole Phillips Hi, my sister was Michaela Nichole Phillips, and Thelma left a message on her obituary every year for her birthday. (Thank you so much!!) I was wondering where she was from? -Codi Phillips
Thelma I had no idea that Thelma had passed away. We photographed several of the Parker family grave sites here in SE Arizona. Some of these are in very remote areas near the border. I understand that the Parkers were homesteaders and must have been some tough folks. God bless you Thelma! You were so patient with me when we had difficulty finding a grave out in old Apache country. You are home now. Mary Russell, your name is the same as my maiden name. I'm now doing research on the clan from Browning, Sullivan County, MO. Any connection to your family? Ann S. Arizona
Leland B. Coggin Are you kin to the Leland B. Coggin... Find A Grave memorial #3967915 ? I ask because I was trying to associate Mary Louise Furr Coggin (memorial # 14755554) to her husband's memorial. My grand-aunt Eunice Mae Furr Morris was a sister to Louise.
Thelma May You Rest In Peace The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want. He maketh me to lie down in green pastures: he leadeth me beside the still waters. He restoreth my soul: he leadeth me in the paths of righteousness for his name's sake. Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: for thou art with me; thy rod and thy staff they comfort me. Thou preparest a table before me in the presence of mine enemies: thou anointest my head with oil; my cup runneth over. Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life: and I will dwell in the house of the Lord for ever.
Palms Memorial Park Just to let you know this cemetery does not have an office so in order to find a grave location you would have to contact the funeral homes in the area. Also, When I was out there last (January this year)looking for graves that folks had requested a photo for that some had passed in 2010 still did not have markers and/or stones were still yet to be transcribed with date of death. AND, this cemetery is not small by any means. Not as big as most but very spacious.
