Thank you very kindly for photographing my Daddy's marker. I am far away now and it means a lot to me.

Thank you for linking the three sons to their parents. I think now all the children are linked to them.

Thanks for the info about the photo, but I'm afraid it would be considered a copyright infringement to copy it from the book and post it on the memorial.

But, I am really interested in reading the book and my local librarian is ordering it for me.

Thank you so much for this info. I can't tell you how much I appreciate it. I had the wife's name as April and now with your help I know it is Arbie. You went the extra mile for me and I am thankful. Bette Ward

RE: Mart Geise & India Hart Geise
Both Tempie and Adah are buried in the Florence City Cemetery. I'm uncertain where Ester was buried - I think perhaps in Mobile where she lived most of her adult life. However, she may have requested to be buried in Tuscumbia, near her parents. That is still an unanswered question for me.

Thank you for your dedication to this project. I appreciate all that you do to help people like myself to research our genealogy.

Mart Geise & India Hart Geise
The information for both Mart Geise and his wife, India Hart Geise, lists just one of their children: Adah Geise Crow. There were actually 3 other daughters: Tempie Geise Moore, Esther Geise Hurst, and Jackie Geise who died at about 12 years of age of scarlet fever. These are my relatives. I am the grandson of Tempie Geise Moore and the great-grandson of Mart and India Geise.
