Oho! Looking at the picture I took of Shimon Wincelberg's grave, the marker number says 358... :)

RE: Hillside and Mt. Sinai

Rose Michtom (Hillside) --- Looking at their map, she is located in their Mount Sholom section in the east side of area 3, where there are a bunch of small markers for cremains, (there is probably a name for this area, but there isn't one on the map I am looking at) If you stand in center front of those small markers, she is on the lower level, and towards your left (west) side. - If you can't locate her, from my experience, this cemetery is the most helpful (office staff and maintenance workers) in helping us gravers with grave locations (celebrities included)

Maida Singer (Mount Sinai) --- I can't picture where I found her, but looking at the number sequences in my pictures, she should be in their Gardens Of Ramah section, (I took several pictures behind the wall, and further in from from actress Wendie Jo Sperber is laid to rest at, so I'm assuming in that area) Looking at my picture, Maida's marker looks to be in the 6000s.

Shimon Wincelberg (Mount Sinai) --- I believe I found him along the east side of their Maimonides section. Looking at their map, that area looks to be marked as 39, 36, 37, and 38. I'm thinking he's in the 37 area.

I am sorry that I couldn't be more precise. Best of luck! ... :)

You're welcome. The cemetery owner did take a probe to the site and verified that there is no marker under the grass.

He is in the section that I think they call the Rose Garden, which is right next to the Portal Of The Folded Wings, (it's a pretty little garden area with small markers) And if I am remembering correctly, he is closer to the road, then to the wall at the end of the cemetery. --- There's not too many of those little markers, so it wouldn't take too much time just to look at each one, (which is what I did) ...

You're welcome. I'll keep looking whenever I'm there. There are a lot of stones that are just extremely difficult to read, in particular the ones that are flush with the ground and any engraving is mostly worn away. But you never know!

RE: Durgan photos
You're most welcome. My Dad and I searched the whole cemetery and could not find Kate Durgan, though.
