Being retired and not too busy during the winter months, I am pleased to volunteer to take photos in the Kittanning, Pa. area cemeteries, weather permitting, and hopefully help others with their search. |
During the remainder of the year, keeping up with the lawn work, fly fishing and fly tying keep me well occupied, but I will try to take request photos as time allows.
Qualified transfers and corrections upon request.
If you would like me to transfer a memorial to you I would be glad to do so as long as they are not part of my or my wife's family. Please state your relationship to the deceased as required by the FAG transfer protocol.
Please feel free to use any of the pictures I have posted for your family genealogy. You may not use them for any commercial purpose without my express permission.

|Ruthi||RE: Ferris and Dunmire|
I just now seen this message. I'm having a problem that I know and I have told the cemetery caretaker. There is a line, perhaps 7 unmarked graves of my blystone family which is probably where Lydia Blystone Dunmire is. My grandmother used to put flowers on them, in front of stones used as their marker. A new attendant was mowing and tossed them into the woods but the indents are there. Andrew Dunmire is at this cemetery but not added. I'm going to get at that one.
Thanks for all of your help and also the Whitesburg Methodist..if you have any of those names too and want to get rid of them, ship them my way....Blystone, Yount, Smail, Faber, Burkett.

I'm glad you liked my bio but I must admit some people on this site don't particularly
agree w/what I have on here but it is what it is.
It sounds like you & my hubby have a lot in common as well.He does a lot of lawns here in the neighborhood & loves to go fly fishing & he to,ties his own fly's.Where we live (South Dakota)
there are all kinds of places to go fishing & he is strictly C & R but still enjoys the thrill of that "tug" on his line :-)

I just added the Ferris stones and the one Andrew Dunmire stone. I didn't take one of his wife for some reason or it is hard to read.
She is Eliza Jane Blystone Dunmire.
McMillen is another family link of mine.

wow, I see them all. Thank you. There is also Ferris and Dunmire since the female Blystones married them.
the Kittanning Cemetery is closest to me but once this weather breaks, I'm heading out further.
