I became interested in geneology over 15 years ago. I found out if you want to find information on your ancestors, you must spend time in cemetery's. After I took several pictures,I wanted to put them to good use. So one day in my many searches I found findagrave.com, and hopefully I've made it easier for future geneologist's in my family, and on the internet. Names I'm researching are McManimen, Boren, Cope, Tebodo, Ervin, Shine, Magner, Benjamin, Tatro,Dion,Boise,Lawrence and Proue. Cities would be: Chicago,Il; Chicago Heights,Il., McMinnville,Tn.,Harvey, Il., Quebue, Canada, Ste. Marie de Monnoir Rouville, Counties Donegal & Limerick, in Ireland and Iroquois County in Illinois.
NOT DOING ANYMORE TRANSFERS, IF YOU NEED SOMETHING ADDED OR CHANGED....LET ME KNOW
Chapel Hill Gardens South Scott, I added a photo of the Funeral home at Chapel Hill Gardens South. We would like the building in the top 3 photos if you could assist us with that request? If you need any information I now work in the office at the location. Thanks so much, Mitch
CHARLEY KOSTAKA The correct name for this person is KAROL (Charles/Carl) KOSTKA and not Charley KOSATKA. He was born on August 16 1906 and died on May 17, 1907. Parents for this child were John Joseph Kostka and Rozalia Rylko Kostka.
Unfortunately when the death certificate was issued (#2090) the last name was misspelled, possibly because the parents did not speak English very well. Even the birth certificate for this child has his name misspelled (Charles KOSTKO).
I hope you will be able to correct the information on this infant. Georgiann Kostka, Covina CA
Bill Bowen I was researching the Bowen family and found a note on the Find A Grave Memorial for June Bowen's father, Edmund Bowen, from Gregory Drenth re his birth mother's family.
I am so sorry to have found this long after Greg's and his son's death. (Sympathies to all.)
June M Bowen (born Cook County IL) was sister to William Bowen of Denver. My parents and I knew Bill and Beulah Bowen as friends and neighbors. They were wonderful people but seemed to have no other extended family. My mother died last year, leaving a file with notes to find or give messages to her friends or their families after her death. I have tried to do this.
Beulah Bowen was one of these friends and I am following up by posting memorials for her and Bill, linking them when ever possible.
RE: Mary L. Kustusch I did click the edit. Because of the advertising coming up there seems to be a delay, so it appears to have been sent twice. I have removed the additional edit which maybe causing the problem.
