Bio and Links
Bio Photo Hello: My name is Bill Kazupski and I am a resident of the City of Chicago. I live on the far south side of Chicago, blocks from a few of the south and southwest Chicago suburbs.

I come from a family of Chicago police officers. My father spent over 30 years with the force and both my brothers and I are Chicago police officers. I am a homicide detective and have been with the Chicago police department for over 28 years. My mother is a nurse and my one sister works for Loyola Hospital.

I enjoy being a volunteer with Find-A-Grave because it allows me to get my walking exercise in while helping others. Kind of killing two birds with one stone as they say.

The following cemeteries are within walking distance from my residence:

St. Mary's
Mount Greenwood
Mount Olivet
Mount Hope
Saint Casimir
Chapel Hill Gardens (South)
Holy Sepulchre Cemetery
Evergreen Cemetery
First Evangelical Lutheran Cemetery

Feel free to e-mail with any requests for these cemeteries.

Good Luck To All!

Bill Kazupski

Thanks for the nice shots of the Meade family. It turns out he is not the John Meade, my uncle however it is possible he is still a relative.

Enjoy the beautiful weather.

RE: Sylvester Pidone
Hi William; First of all I want to thank you again for all of your help in assisting me getting pictures of my relatives headstones it has meant so much to myself and my family. I have two requests at the St Joseph Cemetery in River Grove. They are my aunt and uncle which is my fathers brother and sister-in-law.

Samuel Pidone
B 12-10-1910 D 9-7-2006
Anna Pidone
4-21-1913 D 5-8-2002

This cemetery has many requests outstanding and it does not look as though perhaps it is not being worked. I understand the weather there is not permitting of photos but I was wondering if you could keep this request until later and perhaps you might have a person you know that works that areas that could help. Thank you so much for your help again!!

Charles Eakin photo
Bill, thanks for the photos for Charles Eakin at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. That he was in a pauper's grave raises a lot more questions than gives answers. A long way from his parents, who are buried at Graceland.

Ref: Memorial #157117739 for Margaret "Doody" Schultz
Reference your photos you posted for Margaret "Doody" Schultz (1870-1917), Memorial #157117739: Thank you so much for taking these for me. This is my great great grandmother whom my family knew little of until recently when we acquired her death certificate. It had listed her burial location on there, which allowed me to post the photo request. I appreciate you taking the time to search for Herman in the cemetery system and taking the additional photo of the neighboring headstone for Michael Doody. That will hopefully allow me a lead to continue searching for her parents. I have saved a copy of those additional photos if you would like to remove those from Margaret's memorial page and just leave her headstone. Thanks again for your help!
