My favorite contribution to this site is adding photos to existing memorials that do not have them, so if I have created a duplicate, it was definitely not intentional. Just let me know and I will correct it, offering any photos and information to the original memorial. I try to search every name thoroughly before adding a memorial. I much more enjoy the "cemetery" part of FAG than the "computer" part, so any duplicate is definitely an accident.|
Please, be nice:-)
I will likely ignore bully demands and opinions.
Adding grave photos...
I appreciate very much when someone adds a grave photo to my memorials that do not have them, but if a memorial already has a perfectly good grave photo, please do not add another simply because you have it. If your photo shows information on the marker better than the first, then please add it. But most of the 2nd grave photos I have seen added are just the same as the first.
I know its disappointing to spend time taking pictures of graves and uploading them to computer, and then finding a memorial that already has a grave picture posted. This happens to me quite frequently, but only 5 photos can be added to a memorial without sponsorship and I would rather save that space for a family member to add personal photos.
Please do not add Posthumous photos to my memorials. If I see them, I will ask you to delete them. If you don't, I will ask FAG to delete them.
I am very happy to do it. It makes me happy when someone in my memorials is found by a family member. I am also happy to transfer any memorial of someone who is of special interest to you, as long as your intentions fall within FAG guidelines. That is my only condition.
I WILL NOT TRANSFER FAMILY! I do not mind at all if you ask, but please don't be angry if I decline, as I likely will. I am always going back to research different family members and trying to add new information. I am open to adding any information you have and I encourage photos, as long as they are accurate and within FAG guidelines.
**Please, when you can, take a minute to clean off grave markers covered in dirt or grass so that they are not buried forever:-)

I'm not related by blood to Margie. Her husband was a distant cousin. I was contacted last week by a. I believe [?] a great grand daughter of Margie. She gave me some information on Margie. And more I found on ancestry.com. Her full names was listed in the obit of her daughter, Dorothy Dean Garmon Blackwelder.

Thank you so much for trying to find Clement Ellis.
I removed the photo request, since you so kindly checked with the cemetery office and they have no record, it's possible the death record posted is incorrect.
Thank you again for your time.

You list McConnells, York County, SC as the place of birth and death. This is correctly the name of the town. Immediately you repeat the information is McConnelsville - of which there is none in SC. Your first listing is correct, and the 2nd is an error. Thank you

Good Morning Tracy,
James is no relation to me, but you are very kind to offer his transfer. In this day and age, you are extremely fortunate to know someone who considers the needs of others. Many of the contributors here just want to hoard memorials, grill family members and play relationship games with the relatives of the deceased. Thank you for being so hospitable to me. Have a wonderful week!

You're welcome - I had a chance to revisit today and took better pictures. Have posted them, one enhanced a bit to help pull her name out.

Dear t. stephens,
Ancestry sent me to you for help. I work for an organization that provides assistance to citizens with unusual and difficult requests. We have had a number of people searching for information on their relatives buried in Morningside Cemetery. We have been unable to find anyone associated with Beasleys that will help us. Since you made entries in this listing, I'm hoping you can provide information. We have had a number of people who have death certificates listing this cemetery as the place of interment for their loved ones, but we have been unable to find verification for them. Anything you can provide will be appreciated and will give families some peace of mind. (There is no charge for our work.) Thank you in advance.
