i saw your contribution of the picture of my grandmothers gravestone in Laurelwood Cementary, Rock Hill South Carolina. I am trying to locate any relatives to Dora as my father, her son, passed in 1971. I have no contact with my father's side of the family. Anything information you could provide would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you so much,
Jackie Pace McKinnon

Hello, I am contacting you about a reference on a memorial. You have a flower on the referenced memorial I linked a relation request to Memorial# 29682214 citing her Mother was Jane Snipes Funderburk. The reply I got back from member (#47046463) was that the information had no authenticity. My request was rejected with out questions. Any feedback is appredciatted.
Thank you Rick and Kathy for the memorial transfer.

Rick and Kathy,
Im trying to find information on my great grandfather, Robert Wright, of Lancaster Co, SC. He was killed in 1938 while serving in the merchant marines. His brother, William Ross Wright, died in Rock Hill in the late 90's. Robert married Eunice Kennington and they had two children, Richard and Barbara (my grandmother). I have done extensive research and cannot find anything other than his gravestone. Do you have any information?
Thanks! Emily Tinkler

Dear Rick and Kathy,
Just wanted to take a moment and say thank you for all you do for Find A Grave.
I have noticed that while so many contributors don't leave a flower when they create a record, you do leave them. I just feel it's such a sweet way of demonstrating care for many who may never receive another flower.
I just learned that a childhood friend had passed away back in 2009. She was a sweet girl. I don't know the details of her passing, and so came here to see if I could find her, and sure enough, found her, and saw that you were her contributors, and had left her a flower token as well as creating her record. It just makes me feel good to see that extra little bit of care for loved ones.
So that's it- just wanted to say "Thank You".
Have a great week,
