The vast majority of pages I've added to Find-a-Grave are for strangers. I'm always happy to transfer pages to people who know something about these strangers. If you would like for me to transfer a page to you, please let me know (preferably by clicking on "edit" and then "suggest correction" since that will provide both a link to the page and a link to your contributor page with the necessary ID# for the transfer).|
I live in Jackson (Hinds County), Mississippi, and love "graving," whether here in central Mississippi or in other places when I'm traveling. If you find errors in my listings, please send me corrections.
A note about photo requests: If you make a request for Lakewood Memorial Park or Lakewood South, please include the section and plot number.

|Ed Sanders||Micajah Sanders|
Sorry about that last message ,it should be Sanders, not Hardage.I have 8 Micajah's in my tree and sometimes I get them mixed up.
Thank you again

Thank you very much for the transfer of his memorial
|Marley Brant||Hooker in Hazelnhurst|
Thank you for all you do; I know you have helped so many families find the graves of their ancestors.
You have found the grave of William Rice Hooker Brown. in the Hazelhurst, MS cemetery. The name is male but I believe this might be my husband's great-grandmother Willie Lee Hooker. She was the daughter of William Rice Hooker, granddaughter of Zadock Hooker, who is buried in this cemetery. Might you know anymore about this grave? We have been looking all over for Willie.
Thanks so much.
Thank you FIRST for adding the memorials or I would not have known where to find the family member. My parents, children and myself visited 11 cemeteries last weekend to see relatives. That wouldn't have been feasible without Find A Grave members like yourself who gave us a map.
Second, thank you for the transfer.
|Pamela Eisenman||Thank you|
My name is Pamela Maynor Eisenman. I just want to say thank you for all you do. I have MS & unable to travel, I do family history & have seen your name on so many occasions. Without you I would have never gotten as far as I have. Nothing like headstones to verify dates of birth & death, also the picture to add to profiles.
Warm Regards, Pamela

Redden Byrd # 74558754 cannot be the son of Elijah Sherrod Byrd # 12945376. Redden is 10 years older than Elijah.
Natalie, The other memorial is transferred to me and I fixed it and I know what's wrong with the 3rd one. That is Lettie's mother but the person who posted a photo is for the daughter so I contacted her to remove the wrong photo. What a mess but it's more or less fixed. thanks and sorry for all the confusion.
