I believe in representing the markers in the best way I can, not only out of visual preservation, but because they are a memorial to someone's loved one. |
Feel free to contact me about photos, transfers, etc. I am thrilled to be able to transfer memorials to family members. I hope someday to only hold my own family memorials (particularly the names listed in my virtual cemetery).
Please allow me some time to make changes; I have a demanding job these days. :)
Additional information is added to memorials at my discretion in order to preserve privacy for the families. Thank you for your understanding.
I started working on the National Memorial Park cemetery (Falls Church, VA) in 2008 and have spent the majority of my time in sections U, X, W, H, Garden of Ascension, Last Supper, Fountain Court, The Cloisters, Cremation Garden, and recently K - though some days I like to rove around. It is 200 acres so plot numbers come in very handy for photo requests. The NMP office will give out plot numbers by phone without charge but I don't want to wear out my welcome by asking too often. :)

Good Morning. I beleive what you are doing at the National Memorial Park in Falls Church, VA. is great!! Keep up the good work. However, one of the memorials you created already existed. It is for George Melvin Bay. He is an ancestor of mine and I appreciate your efforts. If you don't mind, would you either merge your page (#135565723) with mine (#105824051) or delete yours from the site. No need to have two pages. Thank you for all your efforts and for your cooperation. Dan

Good morning. I have a picture of George Bay's marker, and when I went to add it to Find A Grave, I noticed there are 2 George Mason Bays listed with the same DOB and DOD. The other one was created first, but lists that there's no cemetery. Yours lists National Memorial Park where I took the picture. Your Find A Grave memorial(#135565723) was created second. The other memorial is #105824051.

Thank you so much for transferring Florence. I'd love to receive Howard as well. He was her second husband. Thanks again. Wendy

I was hoping you wouldn't mind transferring my grandmothers memorial to me. Find A Grave Memorial# 30462449
Just a touching side note. You added this memorial on Oct 10 2008. That is the date we buried my father Kenneth Smith, her only son. Thank you for creating this memorial for her and for all your contributions to this site.
