Bio

Greetings to all! I'm here in Leesburg,Florida.(Lake County) 45 minutes from Disney World & 74 miles from Gainesville, University of Florida, home of the Florida Gators! My, it really is nice to write & meet new friends here. Death has a way of bringing all sorts of people together. My husbands family is from Southern Illinois. The Gurleys, Stokes & Andersons to name a few. My family came here to Boston, Mass from Ireland & Italy, their names are Ryan, Doyle and Sacco & McMahon. I enjoy this site and Ancestry site. I myself have been battling Stage 4 breast cancer that has metastasize to my bones. I was diagnosed July 6, 2012 at age of 43.I go to the Mayo Clinic (1 of 3 in the world) in Jacksonville. That's 3 hours each way & I'm not complaining because some drive much further for treatment. I strive each day the best I can. I have had to deal with a few surgeries due to this because of medicine but I do keep a smile on my face. I'm blessed to have 3 children that I love to the moon and back, Patrick, Christopher & Kiersten. I'm blessed to have a wonderful husband Andy who has been my best friend since 1988. We enjoy traveling out west. The view is amazing & the history is fantastic. I couldn't ask for a better husband than him. God bless those who battle cancer & other illnesses. God bless those who have gone to heaven before their time. Thank you for reading this & I hope you enjoy this site. Wow!!!
