On November 23, 2005, at our 39th week doctor's appointment just days before our first baby's due date, we were told the most heartbreaking news parents will ever hear. "I'm sorry, your baby has died. There is no heartbeat." The only explanation given was that the cord must have become entangled around the baby's neck.

On Thanksgiving Day,(Nov. 24th) we delivered a beautiful, peaceful baby boy. Our son, Michael, never took a breath, nor greeted the world with a cry. But he lived. And he will continue to live in our hearts and memories always. I wish that you all could have seen how truly perfect and beautiful he was. I was truly blessed to carry such a beautiful baby for 9 months.

Michael was 7lbs, 9ozs, and 21" long...He was born at 11:27 a.m. He was perfect in every way...

I don't think I will ever come to terms with what a "cord accident" really is. Someday I hope to, but not right now.

On December 3rd, Michael's due date, we had Michael's funeral. We were able to bury Michael with my father. How special it is that my father has his grandson with him in heaven. I wouldn't have it any other way. For he never got the chance to meet his other two grandsons and granddaughters on this earth.

Please Pray for my family and I, that we may find God's peace. My heart is truly broken, I miss my little boy dearly.

I know that some day we will see each other again...Between now and then, until I see you again my angel, I'll be loving you...
