Bio

I was born in Los Angeles, Ca. in Nov 1966. I grew up here in S. Ca. and upon entering my teens, I became fascinated with the older Hollywood, Marilyn Monroe in particular. Upon graduating from Norwalk High School as an Honor Graduate in June 1985, I joined the USAF for 8 active duty years from Dec 1985 - Dec 1993.

I have worked various jobs and eventually landed with Coca-Cola in April 1999. It is here I have been ever since. I am an avid Marilyn Monroe fan and collector. I also am a huge fan of Jean Harlow, Rita Hayworth, Clara Bow, and Bettie Page. I love the old Hollywood, the one we see in vintage movie reels, etc. Whenever I go there, I immediately feel something hovering over the city. I can't explain what it is, but to me it is a feeling. It is not one of doom, but one of happiness and excitement. Perhaps it is the feelings left there by the celebrities of the past, like Clark Gable, Carole Lombard, Jean Harlow, Norma Shearer, Joan Crawford, Marilyn Monroe, John Wayne, Natalie Wood, Tony Curtis, Janet Leigh, Elizabeth Taylor, Betty Grable, Rita Hayworth and the list goes on.

I often go to the Westwood cemetery and Hollywood Forever Cemetery. Those are the two I like to visit the most and take pictures. If you live in the area and would like to go sometime to these places, maybe we can go together. Would love to meet others with my interests of the old Hollywood, too.
