Retired military and living near Antietam battlefield. |
IF YOU NEED FAMILY LINKS MADE, PUT YOUR REQUEST HERE. MY EMAIL ACCOUNT HAS BEEN EXPERIENCING SOME ISSUES. THANKS
If I have added a family member or a good friend, I am happy to transfer memorials. I am not bothered by F.A.G. guidelines in transfers. I am concerned about getting family members "back together." I DO transfer distant relatives since they SHOULD be with family.
I am also happy to transfer memorials of close friends as well as family.
REMEMBER, these sites are in memory of someones' ancestors. If you place a photo on a memorial, make it good enough that you would be happy with it on your own.
All men die...not all men really live.
I am looking for Charles & Flo Liddington. Flo died in 1972. Charlie was alive in 1974. They were my mothers' mother & step-father.
I believe they lived modestly within a half hour of Danville, PA. Also, I am searching for any info regarding the roster for the 33rdBattalion of the Maryland Militia. An ancestor I am searching for, Thomas Mock, who served with this unit in New Jersey in 1777 under George Washington. He had a wife names Sarah and parents were George & Catherine Mock. They were from "SUPPOSEDLY" living between Sharpsburg and Middletown, Washington County, MD.

You've created an entry for a William Jones in Elmswood Cemetery, Shepherdstown, WV. First, thank you. Secondly, you noted that he was the son of John and EA Jones. I know that John and Elizabeth were parents to at least 9 children. William is brother to my 3 times great-grandfather. May I ask where you found this information? I have not been able to find a death record for William. I've been trying to track down both parents but have had no luck with John and very little luck with Elizabeth.

Thank you for the area photo of Andrew, Emma, James Rutherford.
|Char Carroll||RE: Re: Rutherford photo Requests|
Would you please take that photo. It will give an idea where they are.

Yes, I will keep that in mind. I put them through the EDIT at the time, once in April and once in May. But I haven't been real active on Find A Grave for the last 5 months as I moved and STILL trying to get settled.
Thanks, Merry Christmas!

Yes, please, I would be most appreciative to have the two Firor memorials. Thanks for all your help.

I want to say thank you for visiting my friend Cynthia Stone 75864427
Would you be ok with me using your photos on my ancestry.com page for the Firors? Please let me know if it's not ok. Thanks.

Thank you very much for the photos of my Firor relatives' graves. Much appreciated.
I don't think so. The Mucks that I am related to originally settled in the Lockport/Royalton, Niagara County, New York area. I don't know of any that moved to the West Virginia area and I have researched them pretty thoroughly. Judy
