Retired military and living near Antietam battlefield. |
IF YOU NEED FAMILY LINKS MADE, PUT YOUR REQUEST HERE. MY EMAIL ACCOUNT HAS BEEN EXPERIENCING SOME ISSUES. THANKS
If I have added a family member or a good friend, I am happy to transfer memorials. I am not bothered by F.A.G. guidelines in transfers. I am concerned about getting family members "back together." I DO transfer distant relatives since they SHOULD be with family.
I am also happy to transfer memorials of close friends as well as family.
REMEMBER, these sites are in memory of someones' ancestors. If you place a photo on a memorial, make it good enough that you would be happy with it on your own.
All men die...not all men really live.
I am looking for Charles & Flo Liddington. Flo died in 1972. Charlie was alive in 1974. They were my mothers' mother & step-father.
I believe they lived modestly within a half hour of Danville, PA. Also, I am searching for any info regarding the roster for the 33rd or 34th Battalions of the Maryland Militia. An ancestor I am searching for, Thomas Mock, who served with this unit in New Jersey in 1777 under George Washington. He had a wife named Sarah and parents were George & Catherine Mock. They were from "SUPPOSEDLY" living between Sharpsburg and Middletown, Washington & Fredrick County, MD.

Thank you for the headstone photo. I appreciate it. I have submitted a photo request for her husband William (89672527). If you happen to have those pics also, I would also appreciate that.
Thank you again!

There is no marker for her that I know of - one of my projects is to get markers for the Young lot, but I've never been able to nail down who is buried where. I don't even know which plots my great-grandparents are buried in (Henry Young and Susie Belle Musselman Young). I'm assuming they are at the foot of the stone and Henry to the left (facing the stone) since that seems to be the way Green Hill does it - but I'm not sure. Yes, I'm very good with the way you took the picture! Thanks again!

Thanks (as always) for going the extra mile to find the location of the unmarked grave! Really appreciate it.

Thanks for the correction. No doubt once in a while people make a mistake after long hours of working on their family trees.

Can you correct the family link for Clayton Burton Martz Memorial# 82648544 ? His mother was Mahala Reeder Martz Memorial# 75853940
Somehow a mistake was made and he was linked to his grandmother.
Thanks for your time and all your work at Find A Grave.

My maiden name is Canfield. Am trying to find and identify those who may have the same ancestor as I do, whether it be Mathew or Thomas. Was She married or single? If married who was her husband? That really all I'm trying to do. Thanks.
