I am grateful for this beautiful site and find it the perfect place for quiet reflection, gentle love and peace. It is a very special place to keep loved ones in our hearts and prayersa most precious gift for those grieving the loss of loved ones.

PLEASE NOTE: - I want you to know that for a while my time on this site will be very limited, if at all. Please know that I am most appreciative of your kind messages and visits to my memorials and hope you will understand and excuse my lack of reciprocity.
RE: Rebecca Bell Hurd I've found that your source is first and foremost from cemetery readings, which I find the most credible. As well as the birth year matching the age, and also, many of Rebecca's siblings, as well as her parents are in the Dundee cemetery. I will be using this source. Thank you so much for your assistance!
I've written to both sources to ask them where they got their information. I lean toward her death in 1864 because her age was listed as 39 years (on both sources) and from census records I tend to believe she was born in 1824.
I will let you know if I hear back. Again, thank you.
Billy Adams Hello. My husband's gggrandfather was Daniel McLane of Columbiana Co., OH. I have several xeroxed copies of civil war letters to and from him and his brothers, James and William McLane. Some mention Billy Adams. This could be your ancestor. Daniel was in Co I 78th OH. His brothers were in different units. Let me know. MK Armstrong
Please visit Dear Yee-Lin, I recently discovered the Find A Grave site of Christy Chakos, a Navy Veteran and talented artist who painted my portrait and become my dear friend. His wife died in March and they had no children, so I would be most grateful if you would leave him a tribute. Many thanks, Janice aka Tigress
