Many, many thanks to my fellow Gravers who have stopped by the memorials for my parents, my husband's parents, and any other members of our family and left flowers and notes. You are wonderful people!

Hi Brenda - You are correct. Marie/Mary Macy Folger's mother-in-law was Emma Swain. All those folks from Nantucket were like a bunch of rabbits. They are everywhere. Bill.

Hi Brenda - That is about the same thing I have on her also. Albert's obit shows up on his Find A Grave memorial #38908130. Got a feeling she is in Spring Grove also but can't prove that. Some were buried in St. Catherine Cemetery, then moved. Yes, I have her in my file as Marie Catherine Macy Folger. I also have her as a daughter of Thomas Barnard Macy and Julia (Macy). Thomas died in California in 1874 but not a trace of Julia. Also have Mary/Marie with three siblings, all brothers. James buried in Harrison County, IN and George buried in Spring Grove. The other, Thomas was in NY in the navy in 1865, then I lost him too. Thanks for the reply. Will keep digging. Bill.

Hi Brenda -- Saw your memorial for Emma Snow #66681925 and was wondering if you have any knowledge of the whereabouts of her mother, Mary Catherine Macy Folger. It appears from the obituary of Emma's father Albert, that Mary was still alive when Albert died in 1913. Any clues appreciated. Thanks. Bill Macy.

You are very welcome. It is an honor for me to leave flowers for my friends family and loved ones.

Truly my pleasure. Many special people here have sponsored my fur babies. I have lost too many this past year. But, as sad as it is, there are cruel and uncaring people that throw their animals out and fortunately they find their way to my house! I recently saved a tiny little kitten from a well. I really didn't think he would live but he's doing great now. He's a ginger and I've named him Kevin. Take care.

Your welcome. It was so long ago, I had forgotten about the photo. Have a good day.

It is always an honor to leave a flower for my friends family, loved ones and friends. I know how you feel. My Daddy's birthday is this coming Wednesday. It seems like there is always a Birthday or Angel Day of a loved one. But I am glad we have this site to pay tribute to them.
Brenda, Your message "a Place in Time" by your cousin C. G. Williamson, with Chapter on Gribble Trek to Colorado. Where can I obtain a copy of this Chapter? I have researched the Gribble family for over 35 years. I was the first to prove lineage to Thomas Gribble for DAR membership. John G. Gribble was a special brother to my 3rd great grandmother Sarah Gribble wife of Thomas S. Monteith. I have copies of letters Sarah and Thomas and their son John wrote to John G. Gribble in 1844 in MO and 1852 and 1866 in OR. Betty Andrews
