I have always had an interest in History. My GG-Grandfather Pvt. Amos M. Benner (FAG #52690427) served in Co.D 2nd Pennsylvania Volunteer Cavalry. Mustered in eastern Lancaster Co. Pa. They were known locally as the "Pequea Dragoons". I have been researching this unit (Co.D 2nd PVC) for years. Hope to soon put up a web-site for decendants and researchers.
