A Mother and Son Find a Grave Team

Laurie was born in Burlington, Vermont and grew up in Shelburne, Vermont.

Nate was born in Middlebury, Vermont and currently lives in Vergennes Vt. and Port Henry, N.Y.

We frequently visit cemeteries in are area and many other cemeteries in Vermont & New York State looking for graves of our relatives and making sure every memorial I come upon is documented trying to make sure no stone memorializing a person goes forgotten on find a grave whether they have family or have nobody remembering them.

Our ancestry lineage contain the following surnames: de Lessart, Lessard, Lassor, Lessor, Phillips, Francis, and Berard.

Nate does primarily all of the work here now along with the assistance of others; including resources such as cemetery records, maps, ancestry.com, newspapers.com, NYS Historical Newspaper, and many other online sources that help assist.

We usually will transfer memorials, out of guidelines depending on how you know the individual, such as distant relative or friend just state your relationship when making a request using the edit tab.

We believe that a memorial should go to a relative, friend, or other, whether close or distant, than with someone who is not related at all. As long a their legitimate connections and especially if their in a cemetery that I am not working on the transfers are done such as the Saratoga National Cemetery and others.
