First I want to say a big "thank you" to everyone who leaves my twins and family tokens, I am very grateful. |
My dad died in 1972 when I was 9 days old and to this day I have not been able to find his resting place which is why I do what I'm doing here as I know how hard it is to find a loved one's resting place.
I can go to cemeteries in Enfield, Edmonton, Cheshunt, Chingford, Clacton, Colchester, Feltham, Heathrow, Waltham Abbey, Walthamstow and areas around them, maybe I can go further out, all depends how far. I can help with your searching for your loved ones grave in England if your not in England. I can also help with any research you may want help with in the same areas or in the UK if you are from a different country. I have the National Burial Index, second edition and will get the third when it is available, so if you would like me to do a look up, then just ask and I will quite happily.
If there is a memorial I have done for a loved one of your family and you would like it removed/changed or transfered then please email me and I will do it for you, or if there is any mistakes or anything else wrong with a memorial I have done please let me know.
A noteworthy inscription found on a soldier’s headstone in an English country churchyard reads:
Take nothing but photographs
Kill nothing but time
Leave nothing but Footprints
All My Ancestors Are Behind Me.
"Be Still," They Say.
"Watch And Listen.
You Are The Result Of
The Love of Thousands"
***I am sorry for very late replies to emails, corrections etc lately but have had problems with my email address, so have made a new one, sorry for inconvenience***

Thank you for letting me know. I have put in a request, so my fingers are crossed that someone who lives local will get a photo for me.
My mother's late cousin took the 1983 photo of James Scarll's stone.
Do let me know if you are wanting any photos of gravestones in Auckland. Will be only to happy to help.

I'm wondering if you are anywhere near Norton Subcourse, as wanting a photo of my great-great-grandfather's gravestone. He's buried in the St Mary's Anglican Churchyard. The stone is in the shape of a cross. I have an old, poor quality photo, but would love a digital one. I have posted the old photo on his memorial.
Keeping my fingers crossed.

Yes I'm using Windows 8 ... and no I haven't raised this with findagrave. I just assumed it was me not knowing how to rotate them (I'm not good with technology!)
Do you have a suggestion how to fix it?
|Jay||RE: Photo request-Arthur Ernest Cleaver|
I'll check the alternate location next time I'm up there.
