I'm working on Wm. Jones born 9 Jul. 1830 died 29 Apr. 1922. But their is also another death record on 18 Jun. 1910 from Lane Co. Oregon. I did find an Portland, Oreg. directory for Philena his wife, stating she was a wid. of Wm. Jones in 1913, 1931. He is on the 1910 census in Apr. 18, 1910, but must of died 18th Jun. 1910.So was wondering if it should be 1910 death.

Alice - Thank you for getting back to me. Can I ask what requirements are for a headstone in the cemetery. Can it be a home made one or does it have to be a purchased one? Would love to put one on my great grandparents graves at least. Nancy

Yes, it is absolutely terrible that someone did this to your cousin. I will never understand things like this. I hope they find the person and, like you said, they go away forever.
I agree with you, it's been a hot summer and today and tomorrow are supposed to be awful here. Looks like I won't be going anywhere today.
I was in the hospital recently for a kidney stone which I didn't even know I had. It was so painful, my heart was acting up, and they sent me to a larger hospital in Bloomington. I had surgery and they got it. I wondered all those months why I was having so much pain, but hated to go in and have more bills, so I tried to get by. But eventually, you can't take it anymore. Wow, that was a surprise to me when they said kidney stone! I have been sticking pretty close to home since.
Take care, Pam

You're most welcome. I was stunned when I saw her memorial. How tragic for this lady to be killed! So senseless. You have my sympathy in this great loss of your loved one. I'm sorry this happened to her, and I hope they catch the person responsible.
May she rest in peace.
Your friend, Pam
