Bio and Links
Bio Photo Something I forgot to add, I am always on the lookout for unusual names, have added quite a few that are the only one listed, which is hard to do on here.I also wanted to tell everyone , many thanks for the updates, corrections, add on articles etc, and apologize for never writing back and saying it is done..I will always do the edit, but do not write everybody to let them know I did..I get so many edit requests, and do not mind doing them at all...Thanks again....I live in Baton Rouge La.Though I have listings in many states, most are within a days drive on my home.I really enjoy fulfilling photo requests, it is like a treasure hunt, and I like knowing I am helping a loved one connect in some small way.I love driving back roads and finding cemeteries in the middle of nowhere.I add veterans of most all the wars,as a small tribute to those that have shaped our country. But I have a special affinity for the guys of World War II.These soldiers are the reason today we are a free country and we are losing them at a rate of over 1100 a day.Take time out to thank them .And then there are the ones that reach out and for whatever reason touch me.I also seek any family last names, such as Cox,Cover,Vaughn.I usually enter the info directly from the grave marker, but will add any info requested. If any errors are found please let me know and I will correct.I do find such peace and love and sadness while walking these sites. Also every one of these I have entered I actually walked the cemetery. Therefore a little more personal to me. Please if you are new on here, we do welcome you, but be respectful of the rules and regulations.I want to apologize for all my errors. When I first started entering graves 11 years ago, i wrote the info down and transferred it, many times it was raining or I just could not understand my writing. Later years I add from a picture usually. So please forgive my early attempts

RE: Re: McDonaghville
I hate to ask, but... Would you mind deleting your Corp Edward P Berthelot in McDonagh? I have links and some photos for him at Hook and Ladder. I will move the memorials for him and Whitney to McDonaghville. They, like you, travel around a lot taking photos. They were taking some photos that I know were in Hood and Ladder and forgot they had moved on to McDonaghville.

THANK YOU for straightening these two out for me. Whew! That saves me a ton of trouble for this line.

RE: Re: McDonaghville
Will you check out the photos on Edward Paul Berthelot in Hook and Ladder, memorial # 142855180, and see if you can determine if these two are the same person? Both markers read the same. Did you see the Whitney Richard in the photo with Edward at McDonagh? His obit does say McDonagh. Thank you.

James Lorio
Bobby, thank you so much for taking the time to photograph the grave of James Lorio in McDonoghville Cemetery. As always, I get so excited when I receive email notification that you have fulfilled one of my request ! I'm so grateful to you, and all that you do. In this one tomb were 8 other family members that I had no clue where they were at, until your photo !!!!
Thank you so much....
I'm going to double check to make sure these other 8 are not already listed, then add them. (then request photo) so you can upload your photo to their memorial.

HI Bobby -

Thank you for posting the photos. Would you mind if I downloaded this photo for my family genealogy?

Lisa Cotten-Allen
Thank you so much!
I'm actually surprised he was in McDonoughville Cemetery. I had been there over 10 several years ago and must have missed his. This actually gives me some "children" to further search down. I really appreciate the help and if I can ever look one up in the Mobile area, please let me know.
Thanks, Lisa
