I will transfer a memorial(s) according to F.A.G. rules. If you would like to use a photo I have added to your memorial or a memorial I created and transferred to you, please ask. Thanks!|

|Mary Shafer||Louis C Newell|
I have the obit for Louis C Newell, my uncle, how do I get it added to your page for Chapel Hill West? Here it is.
1994 - Dec 31, Saturday, Suburban Life, "Death Novices"
Louis Carl Newell -- Louis Carl Newell, former Brookfield resident for over 40 years, passed away December 26, 1994, in Morris, Illinois, at the age of 91. He is survived by his wife of 65 years, Lufrerry; two daughters: Louise Skoda (Richard) of Western Springs; Lynn Junger (Frederick) of Naperville and son Carl (Edna) of Albuquerque, New Mexico. Also surviving are six grandchildren: Rick Skoda (Janet) of Hinsdale; Jeff Skoda (Cliffern) of Hilton Head, South Carolina; Randy Skoda (Julie) of Western Springs; Kevin Junger (Lisa) of Creston; Kurt Junger of Naperville and Vicki Newell of Washington, D C; seven greatgranchildren, his sister Bertha LaBrec of Western Springs and three nieces.
During their child rearing years Louis and Lu lived on Blanchan, Brookfield, IL. After many years there they moved to a home at RR l, Thorsen Lane #2, and 320 George St E &, Morris, IL. At their home they often "lost" their back yard as they were a waterfront home on the DesPlaines and Illinois rivers in Morris, IL

I was wondering if you would be willing to transfer her to me.
Thank you in advance for your considerations.

Thanks - I already deleted the duplicate memorial.

I didn't create his memorial. I saw your headstone picture on the wife and daughter's memorials and just wanted to link the family together visually. But you are correct about the rules, so I have removed the photo.
I received your suggestion re: Walter J Von Ruden and the duplicate memorial. When I searched for his memorial, it didn't come up because on yours you have Von Ruden all as one word. Now I see that their are a whole bunch of Von Ruden memorials spelled like that!
Walter was my mom's cousin and his family used Von Ruden as two words; some earlier members of the family spelled the name Von Rueden because the original spelling included an umlaut, which wasn't used in the U.S.
If you want to correct his name, add the death date/place, and link him to his parents I'll go ahead and delete the memorial I created.
If you'd like me to send documentation of the name spelling, I'd be happy to. Just let me know. Thanks!

I deleted the duplicate memorial...I don't know how I didn't notice that before.
I also added the closeup photo of the gravestone to your memorial.
Thanks for making me aware of the duplication!

I was wondering if you would give me permission to copy and use your photo of the Mikuce headstone from Concordia Cemetery. The headstone includes Ida, Charles Sr. and two sons both named Charles.
I would like it for my genealogy records and also to send a copy to her granddaughter that lives out of the area. I would give your photo your credit.
