|Matt Fraser||RE: Thank You|
I have not had a chance to visit the cemetery yet, as I'm in the US now. However, NZ relatives sent me a photo a few years ago, so I was aware of the inscription. I've added a few details to the entries about birth dates, etc. It looks like it has become a bit overgrown with grass in your photo. Anyway, I sincerely appreciate the time you have taken for this. Thanks again.

Just a quick note of thanks for uploading the photos of my grandfather's and grandmother's gravestone in Auckland (John and Gladys Annie Dinah Statter). I see you also located their son, who died young, but would have been my uncle, Francis Peter Yatman Fraser.

Hi, I just read your message and wanted to confirm that the memorial for the victims of Ballantynes Fire has been destroyed in the Chch earthquake. i was living out of NZ when the earthquake struck & have only just returned. My grandfather was a victim of Ballantynes Fire so my reason for emailing you is a very personal one. I was to go down to Chch in a couple months to visit my grandfathers gravesite.

Thanks for your Heads up, Sadly The Yanks don't rate him as Famous, I wish we had a Website for Us in NZ then we could decide who is & isn't famous round here.

The Easter feeling does not end.
It signals a new beginning,
Of nature, spring, and brand new life,
And friendship, peace, and giving.
The spirit of Easter is all about
Hope, love, and joyful living.
So hide some eggs and have some fun,
And enjoy the life your living.
