Bio and Links
Bio Photo Within a few minutes of a friend telling me about Find A Grave, I found my great-great grandparents' gravestone in Hopedale Cemetery, Christian Co., MO. They were Gabriel and Talitha Reynolds McMullin. First I let out a shriek! then I sat looking at the picture, tears falling down my face. I never thought I'd see their final resting place. I've added old photos of their family to their pages. I'm still hoping to make contact with someone there. (Success!) Thank you to their visitors for honoring them with flowers and tokens, they are appreciated.

Since that day I have found other ancestors on Find A Grave. A special thank you to M. Correll and "jtf" for so many of the Wayne County, KY memorials and photos. The photos taken by Ronald Bicknese in Bills Creek Cemetery are also very special treasures. I will always be thankful for his effort to find my York 4th great-grandparents in that remote cemetery. Thanks to Robie Prater for his many photos and book HACKWORTHS AND RELATED FAMILIES in Floyd County KY.

Sincere appreciation to God's Special Angel for sponsoring our Mommaw and Poppaw Estes. They were sweet, gentle people. Thanks to all who have left flowers and tokens for them, and for other family and friends.

My friend's missing father:
Sgt. J.W. Davis. When his final resting place is found an 'in memory' marker will be placed with his parents in Lucedale, MS. Flowers and tokens will be appreciated.
Many thanks, for Linda's daddy.

Hugh Caldwell
I am trying to locate information on Ermine or Ermintha Caldwell, daughter of Hugh and Mary Reynolds. She is listed in the 1860 Census as their daughter and is 10 years old. She is not listed again nor is she on this website. She is believed to have married or had children with Rashe McKenzie, a mulatto. Has anyone any information?

Thank you for the obituary. I'll check into the dates to verify. For now, we'll just leave it where you put it.

RE: Herrins
Darla, never mind, dumb me! I just figured it out:
Stephen>Shadrick>Isaac>Shadrick>Edward HERRING
b 1730>Edward HERRING b 1712>Edward HERRING
b @1690.

Stephen is my 3rd Cousin 3x Removed
Shadrick is my 2nd Cousin 4x Removed
Therefore, Edward HERRING b 1730 is my 5th great grandfather.

I have all the family information, including Stephen's children, Katie, Clauda Mae, and Grover, in case you want it. ddh

RE: Herrins
Darla, thanks for the note. Tell me your husband's grandmother's name, and I'll let you know how I am related. All the HERRINS in my collection are related to me on my paternal grandmother's side. ddh

Can you share with our family the parents of
Benjamin Albright who was born in N.C.

It is my belief that his father was William
Albright who owned land in Guilford Co. N.C.
the year of 1785. Benjamin born abt. 1790.

A John Albright did not purchase land in
Gulford Co. N.C. until the year of 1798.

Thank you for any information that you can
share with us.
