Hi, I live in the High Desert, in California. I love scrapbooking and taking pictures. Now my passion is GENEALOGY, it all goes together.. and if i can help anyone out,(In my area) I would love to do so. PHOTOS: Permission is granted for others to use photos that I have posted on www.findagrave.com for personal, non-commercial purposes.
Your tombstone stands among the rest; Neglected and alone. The name and date are chiseled out On polished, marbled stone. It reaches out to all who care It is too late to mourn. You did not know that I exist You died and I was born. Yet each of us are cells of you In flesh, in blood, in bone. Our blood contracts and beats a pulse Entirely not our own. Dear Ancestor, the place you filled One hundred years ago Spreads out among the ones you left Who would have loved you so. I wonder if you lived and loved, I wonder if you knew That someday I would find this spot, And come to visit you.
Anna McDonald - St. Charles Cem. St. Charles cemetery near Maple Lake, Minnesota I have photographed the cemetery in its entirety and unfortunately there is only one McDonald monument. That is Frank McDonald and from the dates could easily be Anna and Frank Sr. child. Sorry I couldn't be of more help.
RE: Thanks for trying for me. It is always a very sad thing to see an unmarked grave. If it is any consultation, know that this particular cemetery is an old and very crowded cemetery. There are literally thousands of old, unmarked graves. Cheer up! Clayton
Sarah Ann Sims Robinson Please remove the cemetery picture of Oakland Cemetery for Sarah Ann Sims Robinson. She is not buried with her husband at Oakland Cemetery but is buried in Mount Carmel Cemetery in Boone County, MO.
