We had a successful disinterment and reinterment of Jacob Youtcy in Kelvin/Kearny, Arizona. Over 300 people attended the funeral. Horses, caisson, Civil War re-enactors, Catholic priest in period vestments, the train honked as it went past the cemetery and two military planes flew over the parade and waggled their wings at Jacob as we went through town. Over 100 of his descendants and their families attended as well. God gave us a fantastically humbling day.

A Standers Affirmation

I made mistakes. Horrible ones. And poor choices. And was selfish and arrogant and lazy at times. I thought I was giving everything to my wife and marriage and children, but now I see so many places I could have done better, done more, made better choices, used kinder words.

I am still in love with my wife. I said "for better or for worse" and meant it. I said "in good times and in bad" and meant it. And I said "until death do us part" and I meant it. I still mean those things.

I will not speak angry words to my wife or about my wife. I will not use the children as pawns. I will not return slights with slights. I will speak love and goodness to her, about her.

So I am "standing" for our marriage. What that really means is I'm kneeling in prayer for our marriage. I will trust in God's faithfulness and His ability to do ANYTHING, including change hearts and reroute divorce. I was wrong in so many ways. Please forgive me, Barbara. I love you.

Looks like something got a bit tangled up in the links for Roger's family. What is there for his parent links is actually his sister Joyce and her husbands's #s. I've submitted the correct ones for your approval.

Memorial 59363160 Henry Willits
Thanks for the wonderful memorial for Henry Willits. I am trying to assist a friend who is looking for documentation of his last name at birth. Could you please tell me where you got the last name for his memorial? Early Quaker records of his marriage use this spelling. Later census records use Willetts but that could be a misspelling. I thought you might have personal knowledge or a church record, etc. I hope you do not mind the inquiry. Thanks so much for reading this.

Alice N. Kaiser Tomb - 82411676
Just submitted a spelling change for Alice's maiden name - after I submitted the first time I found that she went by this spelling and appears on all documents except that first one I went by with this spelling. Sorry for the mix-up.You'll see I've submitted a link to her parents' pages too. Keep up the good work - It's so valuable.

Rosalie Haslinger
Hi Daryl & Barbara,

I just noticed on her information it says Note: 83 years old. Being that she was born 1843 and died 1917 would put her age to 74. Was that information on the gravesite?

Emanuel Haslinger & Rosalie Haslinger
Hi Daryl & Barbara,

Thank you so much for posting the information on my husband's great grandparents, Emanuel Haslinger and his wife Rosalie Haslinger. I would have never been able to find them if you had not done this. I would very much like to put some information on that I have or if possible would very much like to have these 2 transferred over to me. These 2 are buried in Zentralfriedhof in Vienna, Austria. Their son Frederick E Haslinger is buried in Brooklyn, NY, USA. Frederick's wife is also buried there. Here is the information.

Find A Grave Memorial# 100025031 Emanuel Haslinger

Were you in Vienna, Austria? Do you have a picture of the first 2 gravesites? Again, thank you for taking the time to list all of these names and info.

Arthur Norman Brown (1923-2009)
Thank you for adding the obituary of my father to his find-a-grave record.

I have a bit of further information that would probably be useful on the find-a-grave website.

His burial information is:

Ashes interred in Westminster Presbyterian Church columbarium, Minneapolis., MN (top row, center)

Marygray Orcutt Brown (1927-2008) (spouse) ashes are interred in the same place (top row, center).

If you can update this, would appreciate. Thank you very much.

Please contact me if you need further information or any clarification.

Thank you,

Mack Brown
