We had a successful disinterment and reinterment of Jacob Youtcy in Kelvin/Kearny, Arizona. Over 300 people attended the funeral. Horses, caisson, Civil War re-enactors, Catholic priest in period vestments, the train honked as it went past the cemetery and two military planes flew over the parade and waggled their wings at Jacob as we went through town. Over 100 of his descendants and their families attended as well. God gave us a fantastically humbling day.

A Standers Affirmation

I made mistakes. Horrible ones. And poor choices. And was selfish and arrogant and lazy at times. I thought I was giving everything to my wife and marriage and children, but now I see so many places I could have done better, done more, made better choices, used kinder words.

I am still in love with my wife. I said "for better or for worse" and meant it. I said "in good times and in bad" and meant it. And I said "until death do us part" and I meant it. I still mean those things.

I will not speak angry words to my wife or about my wife. I will not use the children as pawns. I will not return slights with slights. I will speak love and goodness to her, about her.

So I am "standing" for our marriage. What that really means is I'm kneeling in prayer for our marriage. I will trust in God's faithfulness and His ability to do ANYTHING, including change hearts and reroute divorce. I was wrong in so many ways. Please forgive me, Barbara. I love you.

Leroy James Sanders
I recently discovered this site and would appreciate initiating information and posting photos for Leroy James Sanders, Richland Cemetery in Johnstown, PA.

Would you please transfer the Contributor to me (Tina Vital) as I handled Leroy's estate and would like to add an obit and some family photos.

Again your help is much appreciated. Thank you again!

Best,
Tina Vital

Rachel Sammons Shew
Hello Daryl and Barbara,
I was making a correction to the Rachel Sammons Shew Memorial (Find A Grave #94203562) I put up in July 2012 and discovered you had made a memorial for her also on Jan. 2012 (Find A Grave # 83511462), but without a burial location or headstone picture. Mine has both plus more info. I found this out when one of her family contacted me about the correct spelling of her last name and when I connected her husband to her (which I always try to do if known--connect family members). I usually check for names before doing a memorial but since I had misspelled her last name, yours wouldn't have popped up. I was wondering if you would be willing to transfer yours to me. Thank you for your consideration in this matter in advance.

Sincerely
Sharon (#47794520)

Ebenezer Wyeth III
Hello Daryl and Barbara,
I was making a correction to the Ebenezer Wyeth Memorial (Find A Grave #118750849) I put up in 2013 and discovered you had made a memorial for him in 2012 (Find A Grave #83356973), but without a burial location. Mine has much more information. If you would like, I can transfer him to you and you can delete your current one to avoid confusion. Or you can just delete yours. Let me know what you prefer.

Sincerely,
Don Tuttle

She was buried at "Cimetiere d'Ivry" (div.13), a few miles southeast of Paris. This cemetery already exists at 'find a grave', but her grave is leveled now.

I think you birth date is off . I have never heard of a baby giving birth to a child. I would say it would have to be around 1700 and no later than 1705 for her to be born in order for Mary to be John's mother unless you mean 6 Nov 1722 was her death date. That would make more since. Especially since that was Johann Frantz Hammer 61793041 birth date.

no birth or death dates
You ask us to please check for duplicates before entering a memorial. Difficult to do when you are adding memorials for persons in Gimli cemetery with no birth or death dates !!
I don't believe you should enter them at all, not just Gimli but any cemetery.
I plan to just go ahead & add memorials where I have the dates.
Thanks, d
