Bio

I am from Corpus Christi, Texas, born and raised. I live outside of Corpus in the small town of Bishop. I am married to Robert for over 31 years. We have three daughters, three son in laws and three beautiful grandchildren. I guess our magic number right now is three!:) I have ALWAYS been a Patriot for as long as I can remember. I was a teen during the Vietnam War and remember getting so ANGRY at the protesters when the soldiers would come home! I wrote and essay in 8th grade and a poem and won 1st place at my Jr. High and went on to district with it. NOTHING makes me angrier than Americans who do not support our military..our men and women who put their lives on the line EVERYDAY to protect us and give us the freedom to do as we chose! God Bless them all! I have had several family members serve in Iraqi Freedom and Afghanistan and have close friends over there now. I have met families who have lost loved ones and I take it personally! My heart aches for them and I do all I can to make sure they are NOT FORGOTTEN! A good friend told me about this site. He is the father of a fallen hero. Lost his son in Iraq and he was only 23 years old!
I was so excited to find your site. Thanks for what you are doing. I know it helps the families and loved ones and friends a great deal to read the tributes and see the pictures of those who have fallen. I intend to continue to find the brave young men and women and their families and link them to this site. We MUST NEVER FORGET them! God Bless America!
