Bio and Links
Bio Photo I live in Vancouver, Washington. I am using Find a Grave to explore my ancestry, which is Italian on my mother's side, and Norwegian on my father's. Needless to say, they are very different! Eventually I would like to take pictures of graves in my area, as soon as I get a digital camera. People are so helpful on this site, it's really great!
Update: I've got my camera now so I'm ready to start taking photos.

You are so very welcome for the photo. Was reading your bio. Glad to hear that you will be able to take photos. It sounds like you are excited about it and it is great to go to the cemeteries and get pictures. Take care.

RE: Carl Anderson
I went ahead and linked Carl to Minnie but her death date on her marker is off by one year from what you have on her memorial. Best wishes to you.

Why did you put a memorial to the above individual in the Lutheran Cemetery in Minot, N.D.? Do you have cemetery records? Linda

Hi again...found family book again
Haven't forgotten about you, been either sick, lazy, or busy. Anyway, went to see parents last week for the first time in over a year; did some research in book and found both of us.
If I have your name correctly you are #3d5b5 on page 192; I am #3d2a1 on page 187. Really great to be able to study it again; had forgotten how many pix of both sides of the pond were in it.
The mystery that my dad and I are working on has to do w/ my grandmother's first husband who died of an illness in 1912 and is buried near Mankato; he has a F-A-G entry and supposedly an obit in the Mankato newspaper archives. Wish me luck.
Hope you are well and that any searches you do are productive.

I was able to locate Karen's grave. I am photographing the entire Lake Ripley cemetery, she is in the last row of the last section to be photographed, I did Hans and Tilla also. Barb

The cemetery listing doesn't show any cemetery under the name of Hopkins. Do you mean you have his name on Find A Grave? If so, what is his number?

Kiki, I just took a photo of Sjur Reque at Coon Prairie. There already is a memorial made for him, the headstone has his name as Syver Reque 1866-1930.
Your memorial was made later. I would contact the person who made the memorial and ask to have it transferred to you. Then add all your information.
