Bio and Links
Bio Photo Recently retired. Love to fish, especially warmwater, freshwater gamefish species. Used to ice fish, but need a warmer non-summer activity. Thought Find-A-Grave might fit that opening, at least through the transition months. Both activities center around the central western portion of the Finger Lakes Region in Western New York. In 2010, caught and released a 20 1/2 inch largemouth in Honeoye, a 20 1/4 inch largemouth in Canandaigua, a 21 inch smallmouth in Keuka, a 40 1/4 inch northern in Keuka, and a 27 inch chain pickerel in Canandaigua. You've got to love the beauty of the hills, the richness of the farm lands, the water resources, and the history of the Finger Lakes and it's inhabitants.

RE: PFC David J. Smith
Thanks again. Your comment about the company being like a family is very nicely worded. I hadn't thought of it that way before. The virtual cemetery is also a great idea. I'll look at that for a future project. Best Regards, James

RE: Thank you!
I totally understand about needing the right amount of light and/or right conditions to take pictures! I've been working my way through some of the country cemeteries here in Louisiana. We're talking the ones so far off the beaten path that you're driving on dirt and gravel and need a GPS just to figure out where you are!

Sometimes, the tree lines are so thick, you just have to cross you fingers, shoot what you can get, and try to clean things up in a photo editor.

I would very much appreciate if you would transfer Matthew Lapointe's (#108410722) grave to me if you don't mind. I promise to take good care of it. :)

And thank you again for making the page and taking the time to take the picture. I know it's not a quick or easy thing to do.
