|George Del Monte||Someone has invaded Find A Grave|
Russ, there have been maybe five times after I have connected with Find A Grave using Google Chrome that a page size Google bullseye has appeared, encouraging me to click to download an urgent Chrome update. That is why I avoid using Chrome when connecting to Find a Grave. Google seems to know because, at a Google Forum, I saw the message that Find a Grave was the source of possibly intrusive hacking. You should take action on this.
|D.J. Hughes||Wrong GPS for Flat Rock Cemetery|
Donít know if you can help with this, but Find A Grave interactive map for this cemetery is not correct. It currently displays to Pioneer Trail Park, where there is actually a very tiny old Indian cemetery.
Correct GPS Coordinates for:
Flat Rock Cemetery
Also known as: Escanaba Township Cemetery
Located in Flat Rock, Delta County, Michigan

|deanna french||C.W.Vet;Atlantic Co. Orville E. Moore|
I am a Vermont Civil War buff, and am presently working on a project to identify the last resting places of many of our"Old Soldiers" that had ties to Vt. Orville Moore is one such patriot. May I use the photo that you contributed to his Find A Grave Memorial, to post on the Vt.C.W. site? ( www.vermontcivilwar.org)
You will receive credit for this.
Thank you for your consideration on this.
|John M.||site compromised?|
Lately I will occasionally get a random, non-Find A Grave, web page appearring when using the site. This will sometimes happen when clicking on what I think is a valid link within the site, and other times it will pop up even if I haven't done anything. Is it possible the site has been compromised somehow?

|Ron Carter||Create Memorial|
I have tried to figure out how to create a memorial, I had no luck. Can you tell what I need to know to create a memorial?
|Sue||Estimating birthdates from tombstones|
I find many tombstones say the date a person died and then state at....years, ....months...days. Keeping in mind that this information was provided by someone who only knows what he or she was told by the deceased or someone else, I don't think the memorial contributors should take it upon themselves to do the math and enter, as correct, an exact birthdate. This is happening all too frequently now. Unless there is a verifiable source for the birthdate, the contributor should just enter the death date and leave out the birthdate and just add the tombstone information in the 'bio' area. Can Find A Grave perhaps point this out to the contributors?

|Barbara Barksdale||RE: Russ invite to PHGP (email was sent)|
Thanks for making contact with me. I did attempt to resend but this time it came back undelivered. Could you contact me directly using my email. I could then possibly send you the press release and additional information. I could also give you my number at that time so we can discuss directly.
