I always feel grounded walking among the graves in these peaceful places. Especially the older and forgotten ones that don't get visitors very often. Every stone tells a story.
I take pride in the memorials that I have brought to Find A Grave because I went out and got them, photographed them and entered the data. Were it not for the thousands of "Gravers" like us doing the same thing, Find A Grave would not be as great a resource it is. So when you ask me to transfer one of my memorials to you, do something for Find A Grave first. Go to a graveyard, find a grave and create a new memorial. Then email me the number of the new memorial you made. Think of it as paying it forward.
Polly Towle Kimball Hello Scott. I was looking for parents of Polly Towle Kimball. She was my 5th great grandmother. I have looked on Ancestry and Family search and can not find anything on her parents. Then I came apon my 3rd grandfather David G Kimball's grave site here on Find a Grave. I was hoping you can help me link Polly Towle with Sgt. William and Elizabeth Prescott Towle. Thank you, Dorothy [Hodgdon] De Franco
Anita Angers Scott, I was just searching to see who has been put on Find A Grave from my Angers family. Although I haven't looked them all over yet, I see my mother Anita Angers is listed. First of all she is still alive and second she isn't even going to be buried in Sacred Heart Cemetery in Laconia. Please remove this memorial totally from Find A Grave. I am her POA, I'm positive this doesn't belong. I have no idea how you got this information but it isn't correct. Your immediate attention to this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank You.
