Our goal is not to collect memorials except for our families. We want to leave a family legacy for others and show our deep respect for all who have passed on.|
We hope to leave a way to connect family members and honor those that are gone.
We thank those who provided pictures to us and for transferring family members and for placing flowers on our family stones. We get real pleasure of finding stones and sending pictures to others.
Our pictures are your pictures!!! Feel free to beg, borrow, steal with no intent to return. we take pictures of headstones out of kindness ... not for our ego or for the numbers. we volunteer to Find A Grave so others can find information about their ancestors.

Hello Roger & Kathleen Hawkins,
I/We am currently, also, researching the Whitney Branches. [I am a 4th great granddaughter of
Araminta Margaret Grosvenor (Whitney) Houser and Hiram Grosvenor]
We are just trying to obtain information/documentation on Elinor's, to date, unknown parentage and one of the collaborators, of this project, has come across your memorial pictures.
Unfortunately, the picture of the stone, added by you, to said memorial,
for her, is illegible.
My question is, do you know how did she come by the "Arnold", as a maiden name and would you be willing to share the source information and possibly known parents names/links/memorials/a legible picture of the stone, with us, so we may check this long term mystery off of our collective Whitney branch, as resolved?
Thanking you in advance, for your time and consideration in this matter and for all you do, to honor their memory.
p.s. The portrait of Elinor/Eleanor you have also, added to her memorial, is FANTASTIC!!!! Just a big Wow, to be able to see her, like this!!

Thank you very much for your work. Respectfully, I am doing research on Benjamin Hawkins who died in McMinn, Tennessee. You have him listed as the son of John Hawkins who died in 1784. How do you know this? I am unable to find any information. Thank you.

Thank you for taking the time to photo the stones of Edith and Charles Fox who were the children of Charles and Mary Darland Fox. By chance did you get the age of Charles? I can make out that he was 8 years 11 months but not sure of the days.
A job well done and keep up the good work...........

You certainly went out of your way to find information about our family gravestones. I can't thank you enough for the photos and information. Julia Belle Brizendine was my great-grandmother.
